Nothing Bundt Cakes

I never thought i’d be giving this local business a 1 star review. Let’s get down to reason behind my rating.

Today 8/17 I decided to pick a 10” cake for my sweet co worker’s Birthday. I have always been a fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes because of how rich their cakes are. I had rushed on my break to pick it up a 10” not realizing I had been given an 8” cake instead.

When preparing the cake for our office gathering I realized this would not be enough cake for our office. This had to be a miss understanding. My co worker was kind enough to call in hoping for a solution. At least swapping the 8” for a 10” was accepted. Yes you read that right swapping.

Come to find out when I drove back to the business with the 8” cake they swapped it and I asked politely, what will you do with the swapped one? The worker replied we are throwing it away. I said said oh no that’s would be wasteful. Can I perhaps buy it’s from you at a discounted rate since we had opened the box? The corker responded no that’s our policy. (throw food away got it)

To my surprise the policy is no we only swap and toss the unwanted cake apparently. Even though I offered to buy it. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t buy it nor keep it they would rather throw it to the trash. This is how you loose business.

Finding out their policy was bad enough the service of the employees I received was unpleasant. I had spent so much of my time and my beak trying to fix the mistake they had made not an apology was given.

That being said they threw it away and gave me the 10” along with coupons. So here I think it’s taken care of. I find out the cake is completely frozen and the coupons have been used the dates have been marked with a black sharpie and we can’t even use those!

What a horrible experience I have had. Not only that my entire office now has the same experience. Please be advice this is an entire business you have no affected with this service. Please do better!

The hungry veterans that were asking about the food that was delivered for free were told it is not for us. This picture is armed security handing bundles of luxury food to the well paid VA staff that is killing veterans like me while I am on food stamps watching them showered with gifts. Nothing Bunt Cakes obviously has a rich market but should consider the poor who are living off of the crumbs of our heroic VA workers.

Their strawberry creamcheese and oreo were too sweet for me, but the red velvet is my go-to! The staff are always welcoming and sweet~

I went there because I wanted to try an American-style cake, but it was so delicious. Be sure to try the chocolate chocolate cake.
The staff is kind, and after eating for the first time, I wanted to eat more, so I went again.
The lemon and carrot flavors were also delicious, but the chocolate was the best.above
The cream that goes up is not only sweet, but a little bit acidic.

My mom got me this cake for my birthday. It was so festive and "tacky" in the best way possible. It was wearing it's own birthday hat too, which made me tear up a little. My birthday was on a Monday (work day), but seeing this little guy made it a little brighter. It was delicious and even my dad liked it which was a big surprise since he doesn't usually like sweets. Thanks!

The staff are just as amazing as their cakes!
The employees are always friendly and helpful. The cakes come in various flavors, all of which are so tasty and moist!
This bakery is definitely my #1 go-to place for cake!

Some of the slowest employees I’ve ever seen never order through doordash they do not prioritize you I had multiple people come in and pick up there orders while they didn’t even bother to start mine yet

Out of all the multiple times I’ve ordered online…today I picked up my cake and had to get my id & credit card verified, that’s a first ha! Stereotyped it seems. I’ll take my business elsewhere
