A few years (2020) back I applied for funding for my case I had a very poor experience with the first person I spoke with and after leaving a review on Google I was finally able to speak with Ron who was very professional and explained that because my case was in the early stages I would only be able to receive funding in the amount of $2500 i was assured that once my case had gotten closer to settlement I would be able to receive additional funds for lager amounts at different points throughout my case I applied for additional funding and was told every time that I would not be able to receive funding until my case had settled effectively preventing me from being able to get funding from a different company due to the fact I had already received funding from Nova as well as preventing me from being able to pay off the original $2500 to avoid the interest rate which will cost me over $6000. Forgive me if I am wrong here but it was my understanding that the whole point of this and other companies like this was PRE-settlement funding (pre) being the key term there, that based on the strength and merits of my case I would be able to receive funding prior to my case settlement and in turn would allow me the ability not to have to accept the first low ball offer given by in this case 3m which by the way is $6.1 billion dollars and even though this settlement offer has been made Nova has told me that until I sign the settlement offer and my attorney has the money in hand then and only then would I be able to receive additional funding. My question of course being what would be the point if I already have the money in hand. I feel like I have been treated like a idiot throughout the time I have delt with Nova and was put in a situation that I am not able to get out of without paying the maximum amount of interest to Nova. I will definitely be sharing my experience with all my fellow veterans who are in the same situation as me and looking for help from a honest company.

My experience with Nova Legal Funding was a very sweet one. They did not take me through all these changes others would have. All was simple and straightforward. I wish must funding agencies were more like them.

Absolute rock star service! While awaiting settlement from a car accident, I was dealing with what seemed to be an endless onslaught of unfortunate events, and with no job and no transportation to find a job (living in rural area with no public transport and very few job opportunities in a 25 mile radius) I received eviction notice, and had no options on how to proceed besides living on the street with all my belongings being lost. While this service comes at a cost, I believe the cost of allowing my situation to degrade further would be significantly greater. A bird in the hand truly is worth more than two in the bush. The team did an excellent job of explaining everything and answering all my questions. If youre in desperate need, carefully consider this amazing solution.
