Ashley seeked to engage in a business to business relationship with me, that of which I turned down.

She chose to leave a negative review for us becuase I chose not to accept her as a client as I deemed her not a good fit.

Reviews are for clients who've worked with a business, which we have not. This is like leaving a bad review for a restaurant because they were full and you didn't have a reservation after you berated the staff, which Ashley did in this case.

This speaks to Ashleys character and is the purpose of this review. Her demeanour which was incredibly rude and offensive and she strikes me as the typical entitled consumer.

Be warned, you will not see this side of her in real estate, as she presents her image to you, but you should know this is who she is behind the scenes.

Ashley was simply unable to ask a cohesive question that made any sense, or listen to what was being said to her very clearly. The way she presents herself is rather frantic and scattered. You can see this in her videos. It is frustrating to spend 2 hours with someone explaining the same things over and over and over again only to have them not listen and drift off.

As such, I would not trust her to represent anyone in a far more complex interaction than a simple sales call.

I don't like to leave reviews, but it would appear this is how Ashley likes to run her life - leaving reviews when she feels rejected to make herself feel validated. It's quite sad.

I had a great experience working with Ashley and Jonathan with Novak Schultz Real Estate Group. They were very patient and attentive throughout the entire process. It was my first time buying a home and I was clueless on the process and what to expect and they took the time to sit down with me and walk me through the process so I knew what to expect. They explained everything in detail while we were in escrow updating me every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my home buying experience working with Ashley and Jonathan. They were very patient through the entire process as I was relocating from out of state and was not familiar with the many different areas in Los Angeles. They made video tours of the homes and neighborhoods so we could maximize our time spent together looking at properties while I was in town. Ultimately, I settled on Hermosa Beach and they negotiated $50K off the list price of my home and they were able to get me additional credits from the seller at the close of escrow.
