NRG Day Spa & Massage, Carmichael CA

This was one of the worst massage experiences I’ve had. Lady up front was nice but didn’t really care what my needs were. She paired me with a younger lady that had to be her first week on the job. She tried. Just wasn’t good. At all. Then the price of $100 for 1hr massage for that experience? I usually tip a lot. I only tipped $10 and that feels like much. I hate to be harsh but if you care about people’s experience please stop rushing the process just trying to get business and actually be a quality business.
I wanted to ask for my money back. That’s how let down I was. The rooms were very clean. Smells fresh. Environment was cold. Relaxing music wasn’t so relaxing. Def not a good experience at all. I’m sorry.

This is a great location to have your bikini line and armpits waxed, both of which I have done often. If you're in need of a skilled wax specialist, you've found the right spot. I suggest that everyone

The deep issue massage that I received from Anna D was spectacular! I went in feeling stressed and in a lot of pain. I left feeling relaxed and painfree. I will most definitely be coming back.

My partner and I went to get a couples massage. Lena and Anna performed a fantastic job. Both are highly recommended. The massage was an excellent combination of Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep tissue, and everything in between!

Maryna was phenomenal. Professional, comforting, and quick! She engaged with me to take my mind off the service and it worked fantastically. Will definitely be back!

First timer (Male) doing any type of cosmetic service. I was very pleased with the execution and the customer service far exceeded expectations. I am highly recommending this location, Esthetician Marina - true professionalism.

Although I can't say painless (it's waxing you know), the service was quick and Marina was excellent in helping me to keep my mind off the pain while chatting through the service. Everything looked clean and sterile, and the price was competitive with other wax salons in the area.

Visited this location for the first time and was pleasantly impressed. Anna had me in prenatal bliss! For a full 60 minutes I forgot that I’m 37 weeks pregnant, felt weightless. Left feeling like a brand new person. Lovely and spotless vibes, easy booking, very kind and professional staff who listened and took their time to address my specific needs with a level of skill not often found. Love it!

If you are looking for great massage, this is your place. My husband and I former college athletes. Always needing and getting massages. Absolutely great mix of deep tissue and swedsh, the perfect pressure and just an overall no messing around, get the job done. Will be definitely see me soon

My husband gifted me a Christmas Present (gift card for facial and body exfoliating). I’m very happy with my visit here today. Both treatments were awesome, I felt refreshing and was definitely the boost I needed. My sister had massage and facial, same great experience. We both loved this place and recommend to anyone.

Went for a facial service, the results were great ever. Booking an appointment etc was simple and Maryna were amazing from the second I stepped in. After hard week at work, this was exactly the treatment I needed to take my mind off all my daily stress and just lay on back on warm and soft bed, enjoy being pampered. I was visiting Sacramento due to business meeting, I’ve been traveling a lot lately, I needed some time for myself to relax. I came across this DAY SPA and decided to give it a try. Facial and Massage were incredible, the stuff is very professional and polite, fairly priced for the experience I received. Definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

5 starts for great service and fixing back. To be completely honest, I was skeptical about massage treatments, but they have done what I thought wasn’t possible. 5 sessions and I got rid of my lower back pain.

Not only is the massage great, the location, the office. The people and service are fantastic. I began my treatment with very limited range of motion. I could only very slightly turn my neck side to side, my shoulders were totally locked down. Slowly I regained feeling in my hand, recover full movement in shoulders and neck. Thanks everyone
