Great fresh groceries and hot ready to eat kabobs! Great portions and friendly staff. If you’re looking for halal food in temecuela try this place out. Came in ordered my food the brother there told me to eat enjoy then pay after, it was plenty of food chicken and beef were good rice was amazing and also had beans and salad with dressing.

The place is clean, well organized with great customer service, reasonable prices and at the same time very delicious food.

I don’t know why this comes up as an Indian grocer—this is NOT and Indian store. Seems to be a good Middle Eastern food store though.

Delicious! Love the chicken kabob and their salad and beans and chick peas and Afghan bread. Highly recommended!

They bake Barbari bread fresh, and they also have a food menu! It is Mediterranean style like kabobs with rice, etc.very delicious! The only thing is you MUST mention not spicy because most of their foods are really spicy! So a heads up if you are not a big spicy eater like myself! They also have the most necessities to cook Mediterranean foods at home like Pakistani, Turkish, Afghani, Persian, Arabic, etc. I'm so glad I have found this spot. The sushi was great! Service was a little slow, but good. Next time I am in town this is a must.

Wow. I came here with my family and we had an absolute terrible experience. We are always open to try new things and today we thought we’d try this place out. We love afghan food, but MAN the guy at the counter was a complete JERK. We wanted to buy some afghan bread and we live over 70 miles away. We were “welcomed” by this grumpy man who kept checking our receipts making sure we payed, and it made us very uncomfortable. When we asked for bread he yelled in Farsi “we don’t have it”very aggressively. 5 minutes later 3 different customers walk in asking for bread without calling, and the guy at the counter pulls out about 13 breads. We fully understand Dari but are native Pashtun speakers, and we heard someone walk in and say “sorry I don’t have any reservation for the breads, but would it be okay to buy some? ” And next thing you know 7 breads were in his hand. We were still very nice, and politely asked for some napkins (which was like trying to find gold). With the 150 dollar food we bought, we were wondering if we could get some afghan yougurt and we had no problem paying. He made us go grab it ourselves when we are paying for his service. Every time our other family members come here to get this amazing bread we have this same experience with this same man. As a fellow afghan we expect hospitality, and generosity, and kindness, because a true afghan would have not acted this way.

Great people I always buy bread from Nuristan never disappointed. I recommend Nuristan to everyone thank you for great service and tasty food.

The chicken was not well cooked and it has already happened three times, maybe today is the last time I eat in this place
