I have been seeing Nani for over 6 months now. I appreciate Nani for her positivity and her encouragement as well as her willingness to challenge the way I have approached food, exercise, and overall wellness. Instead of putting me on a "diet" of sorts based on some new celebrity trend, she gives me a scientific approach to healthy living. The results are clear. I have lost 43 pounds of mostly fat while still gaining muscle mass! If you're looking for some form of a quick fix, this is not it. However, if you're looking for a lifestyle change, Nani will guide you and help YOU to make that choice. After all, lifelong change can only come from YOU, Nani just knows how to help you dig that out from within.
