Adam from Nutter appliances is such a professional. My Bosch washing machine of 1.5 year old threw a 20 error code. Despite multiple attempts and working closely with Bosch support, unfortunately the machine was not fixed. It was not Nutter's problem but more like a very strange issue. Adam did not charge me beyond the initial visit despite sending the technician multiple times. He also wrote a through report for me and advised me to contact Bosch for investigation. Thank you.

Absolutely incredible experience with Nutter! The communication was outstanding with an accurate arrival window, and my technician Nick handled a hot/cold faucet replacement with ease and even gave me some great tips on maintaining my old Viking stove. Nutter and Nick will be my go-to's for future appliance related repair and installation needs! So professional! Only wish I had known about them years ago. A+
