The staff at NVISION were amazing! Super thorough and explained everything really well. I totally recommend them!

Just had my initial visit! I am so happy with how everything was explained to me! I am making my appointment now to have my procedure done.

The experience was smooth for the most part. My only complaint was that the medication provided didn't help with the pain. I spent at least 3 hours after surgery trying to get rid of the pain and to fall asleep which only happened after utilizing multiple over the counter Melatonin pills. I was not prepared for the pain.

I’m so happy that I picked this place for my lasik eye surgery. They were super friendly and welcoming and they were very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had prior to my surgery. On the day of the surgery everyone made sure that I was comfortable and the surgery itself was a breeze. I love that I don’t need glasses anymore. If you’re on the fence about vision correction surgery talk to these guys.

I had Lasik with Dr. Pillar and she did amazing. The surgery center kept me updated on the process and really cared about their patients. The office staff was friendly and kind. Dr. Pillar did amazing work and my vision is better than it was when I was 12! I highly recommend her and undergoing refractive surgery at NVision!

The wait time was too long. There were too many individuals involved with the process. And I was stunned at the price for cataract surgery. It was more than twice the cost that my insurance company would have charged for the same lenses. What a racket.

Dr. Parik and his staff are amazing! Every single person in the office is super friendly. They day of my surgery I met the office manager who made sure I was comfortable and knew every step once I went in for surgery.

Getting Lasik was the best decision I've ever made after 20 years of glasses and contacts! Everyone at NVision was so helpful and friendly. I felt that I was in great hands the entire time - thank you!

While naturally the experience can be stressful, it was literally one of the easiest things I've ever done. The whole procedure was about 15 mins, I went home and went to sleep, and then woke up with perfect 20/20 vision. Highly recommended from me and my eye doctor.

Just went in to pick up my glasses. Everything was good. They would have got 5 stars but that parking lot below there building is a pain if there are several cars in there and you have anything bigger than a compact. I park on the street and walk.

Dr Parikh and his Team are first rate. He truly cares. The whole process from initial consultation to the post procedure followup were just terrific.

They really put me at ease from beginning with setting up my appointments, to sending me on my way after surgery. The staff was extremely rude on the phone. And this was AFTER I had surgery there in the morning. I had some concerns, but the receptionist was dismissive and rude, without providing any assistance.

I can see 20/20 after lasik. The procedure was entirely painless, i was suprised. The staff make sure your needs are taken care of.

Even though I had an AMAZING experience (both the surgeon and other doctors and nurses who assisted me were amazing) the front office could use some customer service help and be a little more friendly. None of them look like they want to be there. Either way they get 5 stars from me because I can freaking see! And I’m just so happy!

I found that the wait times for initial consultation was unreasonable for someone who works. The first appointment ran into three or four hours of wait time. The Surgery Coordinator never met with me in person and gave incorrect instructions for my second three hour appointment. Because of the incorrect instruction I would have had to go to a third meeting. I also had already been to a second doctor to make sure I was a good candidate. The doctor at Envision didn't seem ready for my second visit and couldn't recall any details of our first visit, that made me really nervous. My regular eye doctor recommended this Center and I wonder what his kick-back would have been. I decided that I couldn't trust my vision to such an unorganized office.

Procedure was quick, and staff was open and willing to answer any questions I had. Would recommend. In great hands with the surgeon, and it really is life changing.
