This place is an absolute gem! Incredible quality of sushi with a wonderful and easy neighborhood atmosphere. Rose was the kindest server you could ask for. We had a birthday and she made the birthday girl feel so special by bringing us little gifts and extra items on the house. This place needs to stay!

We have been here a few times and everything is so fresh and delicious. Staff is very friendly and efficient, it's becoming one of our regular spots. Love how they give you ice cream after your meal too.

The food is delicious. Chefs are open to modifying orders. The waiters are very kind with our little guy. The restaurant is tastefully decorated. It’s clean and well kept. This has been our go to sushi place for the past 4 years. Absolutely recommend.

Quality of the rolls and sashimi has gone down over the past 2 years. I recall there being an ownership change at some point. All of the rolls, including the hand rolls, fall apart. They are difficult to pick up and eat with chopsticks. Sashimi is expensive but the portions are tiny. Their specials are overpriced.

The freshness of the sushi and sashimi was the worst today. This happens sometimes, so be careful. I don't want to recommend this place.

I just tried this place for the first time and got the Teriyaki Chicken. It was delicious! The soy sauce flavor isn’t very strong, it just adds a nice bit of flavor. It all seemed very real. The portion was quite large too and came with rice, some veggies and pickled cucumbers. I can’t wait to try more dishes here!

The food is very tasty! Ordered a teriyaki salmon bento box-the salmon was perfect! My wife ordered tempura shrimp and enjoyed that!

New owners took over. Food is still amazing. The jalapeno poppers are delicious! Miso soup was nice and hot vs.warm Service good.

Warm vibe, great Sushi chefs and good Sushi. Service was great They had complimentary french vanilla icecream which the kids loved. Our whole famiky digs sushi and try out different places this one is a favourite.

The food is great. The service is wonderful. We won't eat in person any more because they play a particularly non appetizing music over the system and way too loudly. We still get to go orders but not quite as often.

Great quality and delicious sushi. Their kitchen meals are excellent as well. My go-to sushi spot! Love it!

Incredible treatment for what I thought was just going to be your run of the mill sushi spot. Wish the rice on my sushi held a little better, but more importantly, the flavor of the food is so good. I had a lemon roll and chicken curry, and the wife had the soft shell crab and miso soup, and she is picky about how the carb is cooked. According to her, it was just right.

Had 5 sushi and salmon roll. I can taste that the foods are incredibly fresh. Will visit again!

Great service, fresh sashimi, nice atmosphere. I recommend the dynamite roll (baby lobster) and the bulbogi bento. Very generous portions.

Pathetic and horrible. We didn't even get our food and had to leave hungry. They told us a wait time of 20 mins and even after an hour we didn't get our food. And we had two kid's with us. I would never recommend this place. I would give it negative stars if possible.

Have visited twice now. Excellent food both times. Good portions. Great tasting. Friendly staff. The new croquettes (appetizer) are really good. Highly recommend.

Service & food were excellent! The service was so quick and friendly everyone very attentive. THE SUSHI was so good we just kept ordering more & more! Presentation is also so lovely, we will forever be coming here now best sushi near the poway area
