The Thai inspired Taiwanese style (I know it’s confusing as hell) is awesome.
Their popcorn chicken and fried tofu + kimchi are also pretty good.
But if you are looking for non fried stuff, go for 滷味拼盤（grill combos?).

Great place for takeout. Would recommend ordering ahead for pickup. They get both food and boba orders (and deal with them as efficiently as they can), but expect a wait if you order at the restaurant.

Excellent portion sizes for the price you pay. Got the popcorn chicken bento and was surprised to find a quarter of the bento be popcorn chicken. They didn't skimp out on the meat! Really complete meal as well, with veggies, protein and rice.

Of course, the meal still has to taste good, and that it did! Really crunchy and well-seasoned chicken. Tasty glass noodles and nice sauteed veggies.

Their tea was fine too, nothing particularly special, goes well with the meal.

The BEST popcorn chicken I've ever tasted! Crispy, crunchy, and soft in the inside. We ordered the popcorn chicken bento, chicken cutlet curry rice, sesame balls and jasmine green milk tea. All is wonderful and big portion.

The people who work there are nice and courteous too. I was given a to go box for the sesame ball, plastic lids for the other meals, and a plastic bag to carry out the leftovers with no extra charge.

Parking is a bit tough during dinner time but we found one in the complex.

Will be back, for sure!

Four slices of braised pork ribs? ? ? That’s awesome. There are enough likes.
Stir-fried cabbage is delicious

Side dishes are getting worse and worse. Main courses have fewer and fewer options except fried stuff. It is sad that the previous quality of food cannot be maintained.

Updated: very disappointed about the food quality- salty, unfleshed curry chicken and small portion.

I liked their purple yam milk flavor without sugar. Great portion of braised pork chop bento. Grilled jumbo squid tasted good. But I feel like greasy and salty in general.

Our go to for comfort food every time we're craving and the moment we land lol

I found a dead bug in my take out bento from O2 Valley. This greatly affected my dining experience and raises concerns about hygiene standards. It’s unacceptable and I don’t think I will visit again.

Before coming to San Francisco from Korea, I paid close attention to the good reviews around the accommodation and visited. The food is hearty, plentiful, and the tempura is delicious. I packed the leftovers to eat separately. The staff was so kind. Thank you.

Big portions, good for quick meal. Will always have left overs.

After waiting for a long time, the attitude is not good, but I was educated when I went to eat, so I gave one star for the didactic service

I used to like to go to get bentos here. But my last 2 visits were just bad. The chicken was super salty.: (

I had the most incredible dining experience at O2 Valley restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and inviting ambiance. The combination of sleek decor and comfortable seating set the perfect tone for a memorable meal.

Made two pick up orders through grubhub. Both are confirmed by store and notify me that they were ready for pick up by the system. Went to the restaurant. Clerk said they only receive 1 order. After showing them the proof on the grubhub app, they made an make-up order, but I have to wait there for an extra 10+ minutes, which makes the scheduled pick-up order meaningless. It's purely the human error of the store. However, I receive no apology.

The portion of chicken chop is huge, and the rice is not excellent but at least 80% good, which is quite delicious in this area.
