Oak Grove Dental, Concord CA

I have been going to Dr. Eric since 2007, and I have only ever had positive experiences with him and the dental staff (and trust me when I say I've had a lot of work done). The office is beautifully done, and everyone there is always super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Eidbo for quite some time. The office is always spotless and the staff friendly and helpful. All procedures are thoroughly explained and my questions answered and concerns addressed. I have experienced a few dental emergencies and cannot say enough about the care and treatment I received. Best all around dental office in the area. Without a doubt!

I went to get a “more permanent solution” for the retainer with fake teeth on it and they did not tell me anything about the “bridge solution” they used. I had no idea they had to shave the teeth down (they were veneers which I have no idea), no one ever walked me through that process and the dental assistant was absolutely unqualified and a horrible human being. Dental assistant dropped my retainer on the ground, she couldn’t pull up my records correctly, tried to correct me on my own date of birth (yes you read that correctly) and overall had a horrible attitude. This place likes to delete reviews that leave them in a negative light, don’t trust them. Never went back and never going back.

Dr Eidbo is GREAT! He is funny and just a cool guy. Me and my wife go to him and were happy ever visit. Staff is great as well.
