Oak Hill RV Village, Oak Hills CA

I can’t explain how awesome management is here. Cheryl went literally above and beyond to help me get my family in here. She was helpful, sympathetic, and she really cared about our situation. Then she snapped into action immediately. It’s awesome to see how there are still some truly whole hearted real human beings out there who really care. Highly recommend. This park is clean, in a great location, and very quiet. It’s so nice and we are all so thankful.

I came across a young lady today while searching for an rv park and I’ll tell you what, I really miss the way the world used to be!
I be Believe her name was sheryl and she went above and beyond to meet our satisfaction or beyond what we’ve ever been served in our five years of traveling. It doesn’t matter the facility, it doesn’t matter the space, When you feel like your money was appreciated and everything that you have expected is an abundance of what it should be.it matters that I felt at home when I was away from home she made sure that I was completely satisfied and I had everything I needed and then went above and beyond that just to make sure we were happy most people don’t care. People like that are hard to come by! I will definitely come back just because of the customer service I received this evening she is an amazing campground host with undeniable care for the business she needs to be recognized for it so that concludes this review what an amazing park with an amazing stay with amazing employees The Wi-Fi is amazing the TV is wonderful it’s DIRECTV the bathrooms are clean the laundry facilities were all available and easy to use the office offers books and DVD movies it’s not much more you could ask for at a cheaper rate of $35.99 because we’re seniors not too sure on the regular rate but we got a 10% discount thank you Oak hills Rv Village

We pulled in here after a long day of driving and they had no room for us. However, Cheryl called around and sent us some leads on where we could find a space. She went over and beyond what she needed to do for us. If we are ever down this way again we will try and reserve and stay in this rv park.

Lifesaver RV Park only people that called us back when tired from driving trying to find a place to stay the night so we can keep traveling the next day thank you

The manager there was so helpful she made everything so easy with everything if you want a personal welcome and help with just about everything a traveler could need then this is your rv park i would highly recommend this park for sure.

We have a brand new $1000 Kenwood DNX577S indash with navigation in our RV and GPS for "Oak Hill RV Village" took us 8 miles in opposite direction from the park off-road to someone's back yard. We called the park to ask for availability and she told us there was an opening and that they only give 10% for the military disabled, America the beautiful pass. We arrived at the park and waited 20 minutes for assistance, then told to pull our new 30' RV into a ally next to the office to hook-up to 110 plug & water connected to the office for the standard $35 nightly rate. The one site open was given to another pulling a travel trailer who came in 20 mins after us. I raised concerns but she only offered to help find us another park to stay at. We left after waiting another 20 minutes because she never came back from the travel trailer camper who took the last spot we should have been given. Was such a waste of time and very misleading. So much for stopping for the night so my four daughter could get some sleep before school in the morning.

This lady that's here as of 11/20 never answers never returns calls I called eveydaycase things change at rv places daily

Place is amazingly quiet right next to the freeway very clean and the manager lady there is so very helpful and nice, even came and checked in on us after we had been there for a few hours setting up. I highly recommend checking with her for space availability before showing up. It’s in a beautiful location with great views and when it snows it’s a great stop before getting stuck in the Cajon pass.

Oak Hills RV Village is my neighbor I don't know any details about their sales but I do know those little trailers are cool looking but I have not been inside of the facility I only drive by it twice a day

Oak hills rv is a great place.its nice n peaceful.very quiet place.the manager there is very polite n caring.we need more ppl like her in this world.i would definitely visit this place many more times.

I was actually stuck on the road next to HWY 15 for hours do to a major snow storm. So, although I was only parked in front of th RV park for over two hours, my phone thinks I visited there. HA HA. But, from what I saw, it looked very nice and cozy. It's right off of the hwy 15 and if I was traveling in an RV and needed to stop for the night I would highly recommend it.
