My husband and I came in there looking for dining room sets we found one that we liked we bought it it was a pub table with 4 chairs then we got home got a phone call we had an emergency My Uncle's brother passed away so we packed the car left but the dining room table with chairs don't fit i called Explained what happened and the guy says you're as year too late we have a 72 hour return policy I said we had an emergency he didn't even want to hear it so I will never shop at that store again so I give them a 2 star

We would give zero stars if we could. My parents bought a dinning set, end tables, and a coffee table. We were sitting at dinner one night a few months after the delivery of these items. My brother laughed and leaned back in his chair, all four legs of the chair were still on the floor, and the back of the chair cracked where the back of the chair meets the seat. The chair was completely destroyed. Now, I know you are wondering, how big is this guy? ! He is 6'4" and 180-190lbs, by no means over the weight limit for a chair of this supposed "quality". We have many chairs of different makes and models all much less than 600$ (what this chair cost) that have held us all for the last 20 years. There is absolutely no reason this should have happened. Sadly, this wasn't even the most disappointing part of the story. When my Dad went to show the owners, who had sold him the furniture, what had happened, they told him they were disappointed in him for trying to rip them off by saying that this chair hadn't been "abused". They were very rude, insulting, and their accusations were unfounded and unprofessional. Needless to say we are all very disheartened by this experience. When they are selling you furniture please be aware that the products are not made with wooden dowels as described they are screwed together and at inappropriate angles that weaken the design of the chairs, tables ect. Not worth the money. We are very big on small business, sadly we will not be continuing to support this one.

Very clean store and well stocked. Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Was not willing to split up sets. 3 to 4 months ordering time. Bought elsewhere that day.

A great gem of a place. It looks small from the outside, but on the inside you find quite a maze of rooms. They had a nice selection. Just wasn't able to find what I wanted.
