The place did not have room for a cat x ray, so they recommended Redlands Anomal Hospital. It was better.

The best animal hospital I've ever been to. Nicest people with the absolute biggest hearts. I'm so glad there is still good people in this world. Highly recommend

Great place! Friendly staff, they'll work to get your pet seen as quickly as possible, and the cost is reasonable.

Our Lalo was having an allergic reaction to something. He was swelling up fast. His eyes, nose and throat were swelling.
We immediately got into the car ready to drive to Redlands for emergency hospital. We were not going to make it in time. Lalo began to drop his head, he wasn't breathing. I decided it was Oak Valley animal hospital on Beaumont and Oak Valley blvd. I used my left hand to steer and with my right hand held is nose to my mouth and forced air into him.
We ran inside with Lalo and they immediately took him back. My daughter was beside her self crying.
Oak Valley Animal hospital took care of Lalo.hit him with Benadryl and fluids. He was subsiding and getting better. We got the call to pick him up.
The staff was excellent with us and Lalo. Oak Valley Animal hospital is Lalo's new vet. Thanks so much to the staff and doctors.
Lalo thanks you!

How to Waste Your Day and Spend $60: Today, I took my 9-year-old cat for a routine check-up and vaccination. I arrived early, valuing punctuality as a sign of respect, but it turned out unnecessary since our timely arrival went unnoticed. In the examination room, I weighed my cat myself. Then, the nurse left, and for the next 40 minutes, no one attended to us. I overheard the staff chatting about personal matters outside. Forty minutes past our scheduled time, without any explanation or apology, the vet finally appeared, quickly examined my cat, and presented me with a bill for $344 for blood work and a vaccine. My cat was then taken away for the procedure.

After another 20-minute wait, they returned my cat, unvaccinated, citing its aggressive behavior. This surprised me, as I would expect a veterinary clinic to be equipped to handle such situations. Unfortunately, it seems this clinic is best suited for simple, straightforward cases where the pet is cooperative. For anything more complex, you might end up wasting time and money as I did.

1 Month until the next available appointment? Are you joking me? And no walk ins? What an absolute joke of an establishment. Deserves 0 stars and people at front desk are rude about it.

Dr. Sandhu and staff Jennifer were so comforting, when my pet had a cut on his neck.
Excellent professional service. Immaculate office. Oak Valley Animal Hospital loves your pet.

Though a drive for me from 29 Palms Marine base, I was more than willing to make that drive instead of trusting my babies to the local animal hospital in Yucca. You know the one.
The staff here was helpful, informative, and sympathetic, and above all, they did not push unnecessary expensive medications and procedures.
Examinations were quick but diligent and there was no judgment for refusing suggested treatments due to expense.

We were a walk in at 3: 30 pm they close at 6pm, only 1 Doctor and they still took the time to see our fur baby, so thankful cause our little guy was so uncomfortable. They still did labs, and xray, gave injections and percriptions and took their time explaining the results, made us feel comfortable and I felt he was compassionate, I would go to them again, and recommend this office.

Wonderful doctors and staff. They have treated my emergency and saved my dogs life. The switched all 4 dogs to Oak Valley. They are treating my dog with lupus, a difficult issue to keep under control. The drs are knowledgeable and caring. The staff is nice and understanding. Fees are very reasonable. Don't listen to a few complaints. Highly recommend.

I needed to take some time before writing this review because of how sensitive the topic is.

I brought in my cat to be euthanized after 15 wonderful years together. I was overly emotional, overwhelmed, angry, all the above. Gaby and Dr. Singh brought me back to the room where they did an ultrasound on my cat to find that she was in organ failure and would pass soon.

I cannot say enough about how professional they were during my time of turmoil. They provided me tissues, gave me time and space to cry, and even wrapped my cat in a warm clean blanket so she would be comfortable. (I didnt find this out until later, but they have washers and dryers on-site and provide clean & warm linen for the animals to feel at ease.)

During the time of euthanizing, they told me step by step what would happen, prepared me for how animals may react, etc.the best thing in the world happened to me; my cat smelled me and finally had the strength and energy to lift her head and know that I was there. It was what I needed to be able to let her go. I will never forget that small moment I shared with my cat.

Thank you to the staff, Dr. Singh and manager Gaby, for supporting me through this hard time. You made the process bearable. Not once did I feel rushed.

They even have a collaboration with a pet cremation business where I received ashes, a box and lock, clay paw print, and more. Overall, my experience was heartbreaking, but this staff helped me in every aspect. Thank you Oak Valley!
