Oakland Airport Executive Hotel reviews
32The surrounding area is not in a good area. The hallways reeked with the smell of marijuana all the time. We stayed in an area where items suppose to be a non-smoking area. The A/C didn’t work at all where I had no control over it. It seem that it was set at a certain temperature. There was only one working elevator. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families. The hotel rooms were just ok.
First things first. They charge for UNSECURED but video surveillance parking, hard to leave parking lot card doesn't work have to press intercom to leave, kind of get the Vegas casino room feel with bad customer service. Got stuck in elevator for at least one hour before someone decided to open the elevator, we stayed for the fourth of July weekend everyday we had to get a new door key we had a very bad experience I advise you to go to a better room they don't care about the customers here
Easy check in. Great water pressure. Clean. Shuttle was helpful. For sure dated and somewhat run down.
While visiting family, I stayed here for about four days. After reading the reviews, I took a chance on this hotel. The guy at the front counter informed me that the standard rooms were a little run down (after online reservation was booked) and that we would be better off staying in the premium hotel. He said that there would be an additional charge of $100. I declined and waited for my standard room. He would not let me check in until 3 on the dot. The standard room was not as bad as he explained. I think he was trying to get more money out of me. My main complaint is the parking fees. They charged my card $37 extra dollars parking. I travel a lot and have never paid a hotel for parking fees.
The room was comfortable, the air conditioning unit made tremendous amount of noise. Several people smoking weed in the parking lot with the security guard.
Staying in this comfortable Hotel was the best experience ever! I thanked them all for being so kind and helpful during our stay. The rooms are wide and cozy. It can release your stress and makes you felt very comfortable. I must help you to be known by other people, so I decided to recommend you to all of my friends and colleagues!
I've never been to this hotel but my husband went to go visit a friend there and he said it was very nice
Older hotel, but clean. I stayed here two nights and the room was quiet and clean. The carpet is ancient though and the room had some cosmetic damage. I only had to wait 5 minutes for the shuttle service from the airport which was nice.
Next time you're hungry this is where you wanna go. And if you do go I can almost guarantee you will be back. Never pick mcdonald's over a cheeseburger meal from the restaurant Bistro 150 inside the hotel. The best pastas you can imagine. Don't take my word try it yourself.
I have to give this hotel one star, for the price they charge you can pay $30 more dollars and stay at the Hilton or Holiday inn across the street! This hotel is ghetto, their restaurant is not what you think, the hotel has 3 buildings so depending on which building you get you gotta walk through a dark parking lot if traveling at night. As soon as I entered my building a man was cursing loud screaming through the hall, heat and air doesn't work, room could be better just ghetto!
Place was NOT a 3 star hotel! Run down, super creepy vibe, had funny smell. Definantly not at all what was expected. As far as closeness to Airport that was very convienant.
3-star hotel is like a one star City service that customer service are definitely staying there there's a lot of gang activity going on and drug dealing and is really loud all night long
We stayed just one night but enjoyed our stay. The rooms were decently sized, quiet and nice. The location was close to freeways and the airport. No complaints!
Clean. Smelled good. Refridgerator, microwave and Keurig machine a plus. Good decor and great shower heads. Downside was having to pay for parking.
I already did LOL, back in November when I stayed there. IT'S VERY CLEAN & the Chef's meals that they cooked for dinner were DELICIOUS, plus breakfast was very good!
Great customer service, clean comfortable rooms, nice pool and workout area all for a affordable price.
Breakfast is terrible and is separate charge. We wanted to go in the pool and it is filthy ask at the desk when they are going to clean the pool they told me it’s clean every day which is not true. The pool has been filthy for days. When we ask the front desk for towels or toilet paper because we didn’t get nobody at the front desk knows where it is.
I was verry pleased wit every aspect of my stay roomwell maintained staff there to meet every need the room was dull of verry nice furniture would definitely stay again
We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it. However, there were ants in the bed. And it reeked of weed. We were supposed to get a king room and got a queen (book a room directly through the hotel and not through Expedia). The employees were nice though! Don't forget that you have to pay $8 a night for parking. They also take $100 deposit.
The room is quite good and clean. A bit of noise from airconditioning units outside. Breakfast is not very good here
