Oakland Harley-Davidson reviews
25Dennis the person at the service center is great. He continued to keep me informed about my bike and had great customer service attitude.
Oakland HD has great staff and are very informative and willing to let a first time Harley purchaser ask lots of questions. Will continue to stop in and purchase future accessories.
Big Thanks to Ruben in parts, kept my weekend project on track by going above and beyond! I appreciate you!
As always super customer service and very pleasant to talk too. Purchased my fist Harley Davidson here and continue to go back for such an excellent job with customers. Keep up the great work. Stay safe and strong.
It's in the City I currently live in. They had the gloves I needed to match my jacket. Unfortunately Harley Davidson the company doesn't care about their merchandise, because most of their items are All on backorder Nationwide. Nothing due to Covid-19. Neglect. An inside source gave me the 411.
Amazing Dealership! Do not waste your time going anywhere else this is this BEST Harley Dealership ever!
Told them my price range and the purpose for the bike. They got me excited about a certain model and then boom the bike is close to 17000. I would understand if had been 2k over my range. I was going to cash out too. My fault for thinking people were honest but in the end I will get what I want. If you're a new rider I would not come here. They just helped make a decision and go for a Zero bike. Thanks Harley.:)
Awesome experience at this dealership. I will definitely be spending my money at this location. If buying a bike ask for Mel & Vinny!
I had A Problem after I picked up my bike from service, but they reached out to me to resolve the problem and picked up and delivered my bike back to me repaired like new. Thank You Oakland HD and Ryan B.
Thanks to Vinny, Tach, Seth, Yoni & Jaden, all my dreams came true. OAKLAND HARLEY DAVIDSON'S staff ROCKED
Had a great stop at Oakland HD and picked up a couple parts.
The staff were good people and helpful and there was a ton of parts, gear and accessories to choose from.
Definitely recommend stopping by for a shirt, parts or to get a new Harley for your garage!
Amazing Staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Service department is phenomenal with completing our request. Oakland is one of the best HD dealerships we have been to
Wow the store's layout is outstanding plenty of room for the stars bikes on display. The merchandise was endless there are more choices than you can imagine and the price range is set at a reasonable rate.
Visiting picking up my souvenirs from my hometown store. This place is amazing, had everything i needed
Great customer service. Very nice selection of biked on the floor. Wide range of open hours so it's easy to drop by. Including Service Dept hours.
Full sized, full service Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealership. They have plenty of parking.
The showroom is very large and their on-hand inventory provides a wide selection to choose from.
Well i walked in and rode home on a 2018 Road King special edition 5 miles on it payed in full.very good and respectful sales men named Robert young kid very truthfull i would recommend him good kid.
What happened to the honest salesman Big john who handed the sale of my first bike at Oakland HD?
I purchased a used 2016 street glide special several months ago and held off on the review because I wasn't happy with the deal and wanted to give it a few nights to sleep on.
I took $19,000 of my mothers inheritance $ to Oak HD to see what we could work out. They never could tell me much over the phone, instead they wasted a lot of my time trying to get me back in the door, when I was working around the clock. They took my 19k and said they would hold on to it until I found the bike of my dreams, or something like that.
Even with 19k for a down I was denied credit because I couldnt verify employment. Understandable.
When I returned the following night they told me there was only one used touring bike my $19k and trade in would get me. Out of all the used bikes this paticiular bike didn't have a sticker on it. I basically had no idea what kind of a deal I was getting.
In previous visits I had asked the salesman Brian Urenda why the bike didnt have a sticker, more than once I asked. His answer was, the office hadn't updated their inventory. Pretty sure i asked this question 3xs
The bike didn't have LEDs or and upgraded stereo, or any features that I wanted that the other used touring bikes had, my $ and trade in wouldn't even get me an older model that had the things I wanted. I rejected the offer and asked for my cash back.
The finance guy told me to wait a minute he would have someone cut me a check. I almost went through the roof. I was told my $ would sit right there until.
Finally I was offered a better deal and took the bike still not feeling good about it.
Since I wasn't used to touring bikes i had no idea if the noises this bike made were normal, but to save myself some embarressment I cut the baffles off the mufflers imeadiately, figuring the harley thump would drown out the flying saucer noises coming from my bike. Later I discovered the trans fluid was pretty low.
My unhappiness wss my fault for not test riding the bike. I was under tremeandous work stress. So far the bike has been ok, but what bothers me is the fact that the bike was their RENTAL bike and that is most likely why it didn't have a sticker on it. I discovered this from the service dept when they ran the VIN #. A couple months later.
This isn't my first encounter with dishonest salesmen. Glad I also purchased both service manuals. How can I trust the service Dept after the sales team lied to me. It's like I purchased a bike that had countless owners who didn't care about the bike cuz it wasn't theirs. Had I known it was their rental I would never have bought it.
Thumbs up to the parts dept guys, they're on top of there game lately.
