Nice and quiet area, lots of nature around but not too much, even though your in the city UT doesn't feel like it.

My mother-in-law lives here. It isn't cheap but they do keep the place up and there is a guard on the road in cutting down on people who don't have a reason for being there.

I live here and I do like the quietness but I swear everything in my house is breaking.
My floors are loose in the kitchen and my counters are opening. I literally stepped on my floor in the kitchen and it seems to have air in them which means they didn't install my floors properly and it has only been one year of living here. I don't get how my house can be falling apart so quickly. When we were buying and picking our materials it was fine but once as we started to talk about the lay out it was so complicated and then this guy named Brandon didn't do the carpet right. He did the carpet horizontal and it just looks weird. The only person that was helpful was Maryanne.
She is a great person to work with when you are buying the house because she helps you.
The place itself is very clean and calm. But I suggest when you are buying to take pictures of the models they show you and how you want it built and done. But other than that I do like the community and they are kind of strict. I do like living here but I now have to redo my floors and counters and I wasn't expecting to do that.

The property managers are very rude and made our visit very unpleasant but the area is clean and well maintained.

Very nice little community to live in. They have a recreation center, a pool and a dog park. My brother has lived there for many years now and he is very happy. Great place to own a home for a trailer park. The homes they have are very nice.

It was nice to see all the homes but when you buy them it can be a headache. It really a nice place to live though. I live here and I love my home. It is your decision to buy it or not

I've lived here over a year now and none of the complaints I've read have been an issue for me. My neighbors are great, management is great and the amenities are great. If you want to live in a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood ignore the reviews that say it's hard to get in. It's no harder than renting anywhere else. Plus who wouldn't want the best of both worlds - a low mortgage payment & low rent at the same time. It's a no brainier.

We have lived here for 15 years. We love our home and our community. Very quiet, many community activities, good security. The only issue is fire in the Angeles National Forest.

Visited a friend who lives in the development. Homes look nice and the community is well cared for. I just don't like manufactured housing.

Love it here! Finally a quiet place, rules are great! Very controlled living, that's why it's clean & safe.

It beautiful and secure and quite! Love it. The realtor r very nice and willing to help on your price range. I'm trying to live there I love there! Will not live anywhere else.
