5Be aware of unexpected charges after moving out, the “pre” final inspection don’t guaranteed anything because they will find any excuse to not return your deposit, and charged for painting, carpet replacement, charges up to $1000 Dollars.
I absolutely love it here. I’m kind of surprised by all of the negative reviews. The employees have always been very helpful and kind. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, maintenance shows up right away to take care of the problem. The amenities are great as well. As far as robberies and such, I haven’t had any issues thank goodness and I personally feel pretty safe in my home! I’m happy to call this home. I recommend giving it a shot! My one and only complaint would be the limited parking. This is why I am giving 4 stars and not 5. You have to be strategic to get a spot close to your unit but other than that, this place is great.
Do not go to this residence. The treatment of the workers is very bad and the service is bad as well,
When you leave, you will pay the entire down payment and up to $1,000
I wish there was a zero option so that I would go for that. Stay away from this place. The property is super dirty, and infested with roaches.they closed down all the amenities during the COVID even the tennis courts. They take your money without giving you anything in return.

MANAGEMENT TEAM PRICE GOUGING IN A TIME OF PANDEMIC
Run! From this place they are trying to commit fraud, price gauging I paid my entire move in charges and amount. Due for partial rent due pain if full. Everything in documents I paid all the while not being able to inspect the townhome. In good faith I paid them thinking I was moving to a safe, good environment for it 2 year old and myself
Then I receive a call from ELLEES stating I owe an additional 1200 before I move in for partial rent for June. I state that is fine I can Pay that on June 1st I was told no that I will need to pay it b by may 25th
I request to speak with manager Stacy who then states that’s the way it if I don’t like it I don’t need to leave there
I requested a full money refund then was tried as tho they don’t need to provide my refund was then told I was threatening them because I said I can come by and pick up a paper check
I’m thoroughly disgusted by the way this apartment complex treats potential tenets
