Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They never answer the phone, I’ve been chasing them, leaving messages and kept calling for days to get someone on the line. Someone called to schedule an appointment although there’s already an appointment scheduled and I received a confirmation email about that appointment. After mentioning that to the rep, she said there’s nothing on their calendar and there’s nothing on my file regarding this appointment. They scheduled one of my appointments too soon (the doctor said it during the exam) making me come back to do the same exam and being charged again. I recommend you find a different place to do your exams, I know I will.

Our ultrasound tech, Mizuki, was great. She spent the time to examine everything in details and was courteous. It was going well. However, someone barged in without knocking on the door in the middle of our session and we were all startled. He demanded something from our tech without even acknowledging my husband and I as I was laying half naked on the chair. Rude AF. As I googled his face I believe he was the doctor in charge, Alan Fishman?

Absolutely pathetic service. They lose the referral orders, it is a pain trying to schedule appointments with them. If you try to call them schedule an appointment, they inform they will review and call. It is weird that they don't call you even after having the referral for 10 days straight. Very poor service.
Please stay away from them if possible and go with Stanford. They are far more organized, professional & value your time and energy. Your doctor might talk you into changing insurances to be able to work with Obstetrix of California. Just don't do it.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. I was sent here by my midwives because I had a premature birth with my previous. They swore they have high-resolution machines, unlike the one I have been going to. Only to find out that first, they couldn't see some part of my baby, and second, the images they gave me were blurry, couldn't see a thing. But guess what? They wanted me to keep going back for more ultrasounds weekly.which I didn't. Now, I received a $2,000 bill for a visit that was basically useless. They charged my insurance over $3,000. I really feel like they are trying to rip me off. I will definitely report them to their governing board.
Please stay away from this place!

The doctors and clinicians were wonderful. Two issues, one minor, and one major.

Minor one: On the day of our visit, we arrived just after 8: 30 am for an 8: 40 am appointment. Two office staff suggested we were "late" for our 8: 30 am appointment, and rushed us to our examination room. Afterward, I showed them the text confirming the 8: 40 am appointment, and they blamed a power outage for causing confusion with their systems. Fine, but don't make the patients feel guilty for something they did not do, and if the system was down, maybe realize that was the issue and not the patient. Adding unnecessary stress to an already stressful day for your patients is inexcusable. Poor first impression.

Major one: After receiving confirmation from KP that our visit was fully covered, and signing a bill at Obstertrix confirming that we owed $0 after our visit, we received an "invoice" for over $2600 from Obstetrix about a week later. This invoice contained no phone contact information, just a mailing address, and requested that we pay "today, " or contact our insurance provider. I called the Obstetrix office directly and was redirected to billing multiple times before being sent to an endless loop of phone menu options with no chance to speak with a real person. After 10 minutes I gave up and I will contact my insurance provider instead. Why make it so hard for people to get answers about their medical care? No phone number on the invoice is very suspect/predatory. If you are in the business of caring for people, then actually care for your patients! I fear for those who are less able to navigate all of the roadblocks they put in front of you just to waste your time trying to fix their mistake. It should never be this hard.
