OC Auto Carpets

Purchased carpet for my 1997 gmc truck. Ordered on Thursday before Christmas and arrived Tuesday just after Christmas, thanks. Very pleased with carpet and color. Wanted a little darker carpet then original which came out perfect. Thanks again!

I was having problems with the website and Amy provided great personal service over the phone and completed my order quickly. I would use the company again for my Auto Interior needs.

I was crushed when they told me the seat covers I was looking for were discontinued. Then Amy reached out and asked for some pictures of the seats and told me she would work with the manufacturer. She called me back the next day and told me they could make it happen. These are for my daughters Jeepster and she is going to be so excited. Amy went above and beyond to make it happen.

Recently purchased custom molded cut pile carpets and matching yardage for the door panel bottoms on my 65 Corvair restomod project. The carpets look fantastic but the yardage clearly did not match the molded carpets. Contacted OC Auto Carpets with my concerns and spoke with Amy who instructed me to send photos for their review. Sent the requested photos and was promptly contacted by Amy to let me know that she received the photos and would work with the manufacturer to obtain a resolution. Amy subsequently followed-up to inform me that they were shipping out new yardage at no charge. Shipping each time was lightning fast, which is even more impressive considering the holiday rush. The replacement yardage was nearly identical to the molded carpets. Amy's unmatched customer service skills and dedication to sincerely serving the customer was quite refreshing to me.
