Dr. Sepehr is an incredibly compassionate human and a consummate medical professional. After several years of research and deliberation, I decided to trust Dr. Sepehr to do my septorhinoplasty, and I’m so happy I did! The results are incredible and he and his entire team ensured that I received the support I needed from the initial consult through recovery. He available late in the evenings to answer my questions, he communicated effectively to make sure he understood my objectives, and he was responsive and kind regarding my sensitivity to medical environments. The entire process went so much smoother than I could have dreamed, and I am so grateful to have met him and the lovely professionals with whom he works!

Amazing practice with amazing staff! They are all very kind, caring, and have so much passion for helping their patients. The girls at the front are beautiful people and Dr. Sepehr is very gentle with injections. He has consistently made me feel safe and taken-care-of when I come in for botox. I have been a patient of Dr. Sepehr's for four years now, and I would not trust anyone else with my face! In the injectables part of his practice, he works from a "minimum effective dose" mentality, and thanks to that, I never look overdone, and I have the most natural (and most beautiful), appearance that I've had in decades. As an injector, his touch is extremely delicate and his awareness of facial anatomy is superb. I never have to use numbing agents (although, they are an option), and I rarely (if ever) get any bruising. I'm 41-years-old, and Dr. Sepehr is helping me age backwards! Doctor Sepehr is above all a great person, his skills are as expected from someone so well trained and versed in his field. From day one I met with Dr Ali and knew he was the Doctor I would be going with. He gives you his time, you are never rushed and his staff is equally as good. I met with several Doctors before meeting with Dr Ali, within 5 minutes of speaking with him I made my choice to go with him. His knowledge and delivery of the information is spot on, he makes you feel at ease and the day of the surgery he came in and made me feel as if I was in the best hands, and it's because I was. Going to a plastic surgeon and trying to figure out who is the best is not easy but trust me when I say, you will know right away after meeting with Dr Ali that he is as good as they get. My experience with Dr. Sepehr was better than I could’ve ever hoped for. I went in to receive a rhinoplasty, chin implant, and liposuction along my jawline. I had met with other surgeons beforehand, but they never made me feel as comfortable or safe as I felt with Dr. Sepehr. During the first consultation, it was clear to me he was exceptionally knowledgeable on his craft, and passionate about what he does. Both him and his staff had a very calm demeanor, and were able to ease my anxieties surrounding the surgery. The surgery and healing process went very smoothly. I fell in love with my results as soon as my bandages came off, and it was only up hill from there. I can confidently say I’m the happiest I’ve ever been with my physical appearance, and I definitely made the right decision!

To get an estimate we had to go in and pay a visit for two. Other doctors in his building gave me a range of price over the phone. $20k to $22k, which was similar.

Like many others, I waited so long (maybe too long) to get my deviated septum fixed. Although after finding Dr. Sepehr, I am so grateful to have waited until I found him! The office is beautiful and was actually (mostly) designed by Dr. Sepehr himself which I thought was really neat because it shows just how much he cares. From the moment I contacted the office to inquire about a consultation, through numerous communications both via email and phone before and after my surgery, I received nothing but the most genuine care and support from his staff. Especially Judy, Jacqueline, and Daniella but honestly everyone is over the top genuinely warmhearted!

Dr. Sepehr is a very sincere and kind human being with such a calm demeanor. He was patient and ensured he addressed every and any concern, question, or hesitation I or my fiancé had surrounding the surgery. His sincerity carries into the high quality of care provided to his patients and both his dedication and passion for his work are so apparent. He is medically and cosmetically certified with awards, certificates, and degrees posted on more walls than I could count. Additionally, he's worked with patients from a variety of backgrounds and ethnicities while also performing stunning revision rhinoplasty's. He does such a wonderful job at ensuring you feel that you are in the absolute best hands and genuinely made me so much more comfortable knowing he sincerely cared for my well-being as he displayed this every step of the way. He called my fiancé immediately after surgery to inform him that everything went well, called to follow up on me the one night I experienced some pain, and is someone I will never be able to express my utmost respect and gratitude for. I had the absolute best experience both at his office and at the surgery center, I simply cannot say enough good things!

Dr. Ali Sepehr is a super star facial plastic surgeon! He cares about his patients, loves his work and is the best at his profession. I have been his patient for about 7 years. I have had Botox and fillers with excellent results. However, I turned 59 last year and wanted to have surgery because I wanted to get rid of my double chin and wrinkly neck. Picking the surgeon was the easy part because I have seen so many great results from Dr. Sepehr’s work over the past few years. In November of 2022, I had an upper and lower face lift. It was like magic! I look like me but about 15 years younger! No more double chin, no more wrinkly neck, no more wrinkles on my forehead. My brows, eyes, nose and lips are what they were 15 years ago from the face lift. I think that I am very lucky to have found Dr. Sepehr. I love everyone who works for him. To start off, I cannot praise Dr. Sepehr and his staff enough for their level of professionalism, care, attentiveness, and kindness. Absolutely an amazing team. I had been searching for some time for a surgeon who specialized in facial surgery, specifically rhinoplasty. In speaking with multiple surgeons in LA, I was never satisfied with my encounters. It was extremely important for me to find a surgeon who understood the individuality of their client, rather than provide a "one fit for all" result. During my consultation with Dr. Sepehr, I was able to comfortably discuss my concerns and outcomes and he took the time to listen, answer my questions, and offer constructive advice. By the end of my initial appointment, I felt confident that this was the team I wanted to entrust my procedure with. I am now 3 weeks post-op and my results could not have been better.
