The doctor didn't even bother to read my urgent care report i had to tell her about my external hemorrhoids problem and she gave me referral to a surgeon and I thought this office would treat my external hemorrhoids as they told me over the phone that they do treat it they don't treat external hemorrhoids they just give you a referral what a waste of time in my book I have a anthom PPO insurance I'll find my own surgeon

Dr. Amit is very caring and attentive to me. I greatly appreciate the time the doctor takes to review my results. Dr. Amit is very thorough and helps me to understand my results in a clear and concise manner.

This doctor visit is for my mom, not for me. Dr. Yip is a very experienced doctor. He is also the GastroCare doctor for our family for over 30 years. Dr. Yip is very gentle, caring, explaining my mom's condition in detail so she can understand her problem. My mom is 93 years old. We trust Dr. Yip with his professional experience.

The PA Hannah was very rude and condescending toward my 1st generation mother. She had a terrible experience there and would rather drive to a further office than go to this one again.

I did not expect a 2 stage process but the preliminary was fine, quick and easy. It's part of the prep and it's all good. All about the stuffs I need to know at this point. The procedure is more than 2 months away. They have lots of clients.

I arrived early and checked in early. But the physician showed up late and did not say sorry. I felt not taken care of. She did not know about my medical history. She was trying to order the prescription. But I already finished taking the antibiotics 20 days ago.

She made me feel like she was really listening to my concerns and I felt that I wasn't just another one of the cattle.
