1 My wife recently had a bad cold lasting 8 days, unable to clear any congestion or breathe through the nose. After her first 45 minute session she was able to blow her nose and start breathing through it. We both noticed we feel more energized afterwards. Mostly I'm astonished at how much better my wife is after 1 session. Will be going back again tomorrow. Great facility, friendly staff, easy booking. Thanks OC Salt!
Update: we went 3 days in a row. The effects intensified each day. I found it very energizing, I had trouble falling asleep each time bc we went around 5pm. Doing this in the AM would be perfect. My skin is SO soft. I can see us doing this a few times per year as part of a healthy lifestyle.
My wifes post cold sinus pain decreased each day, she is greatly improved.
