OC Tool House is amazing! I was looking for a very specific tool bag, I sent an email asking if the had it in stock because no one else did, not even the manufacturer. Brandy replied almost immediately, I placed my order and got the only bag in existence at the moment!

Was in the area locally looking for knipex dealers and OC tool house was listed as one. Hours of operation were great and they happen to be open 7 days a week so I dropped by to check it out. Upon coming up the the front entrance your greeted by a security gate that you need to be buzzed in. Interesting, but definitely necessary in today’s anti-police pro crime commifornia regime. Good on the shop for taking on the responsibility of not allowing themselves to be victimized. Was immediately greeted by a very nice and informative blonde woman open carrying +1 again for
(pro 2A) that helped me find what I came in for. She also demonstrated the line of Wera self adjustable joker wrenches for me. All in all, I think I found my new fav local mom and pop brick and motar shop! They carry all the high end Japanese and German stuff so it’s worth checking out if you value quality tools! Don’t know what the previous bad reviewers were talking about when they said they got “bad service” but I think it was more politically based because the customer soundsd sheeeepishly scared of “firearms”.

I get the locked doors thieves are everywhere the prices are exactly the same as home depot, staff seemed irritated with any sort of questions. Very weird vibe, small dark room with weird staff.

Amazing customer service, very helpful answered all my questions, store was clean and full of great products, I will recommend this store to all my friends!

I ordered a Milwaukee PACKOUT Tote from OC Tool House back in October to give as a gift to my office building engineer. It arrived 3 Business Days after I ordered it. I am even more excited about OC Tool House because I just realized they stock a large selection from Veto Pro Pac.

The store is well organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful from Freddy to brandy. They sell quality stuff from knipex to veto etc. The prices are very reasonable and competitive, everything has prices tags. I would/will go back for future buys.

First time coming here and did not like the way they provided customer service. Brandi seem to be bothered and I heard her telling the guy that was with her that "we were irritating her" I don't understand why people work in customer service if they get irritated so easily.

Horrible first experience. They were rude, disrespectful, awkward I'm a very simple customer, I know what I want, don't ask dumb questions and planned on dropping at least $300 on tools and all they did was stare and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was sooo excited they carried tools other places don't carry in store and I could see them in person before buying but i had to walk out. I wouldn't waste my money here. I'd rather buy online and take my chances. So disappointing.
