My son enjoys this spot because he can enjoy the water without being worried a wave is going to take his toys, also there is a park near by wich is a plus when traveling with children.

Bathrooms are in the first building nearest the beach. Good bass fishing in the grass beds if you have a boat. On weekends, come early as parking gets taken fast.

Get there early if you want free parking. The place is awesome, outside showers, bathrooms and a nice clean little sandy beach erea for kids to play and kayak/paddle board launching, all at no charge.
