Ibal Sarig is the best physical therapist EVER. She has made my knee pain disappear. Just super.

I was in pain and barely able to walk let alone doing what I truly enjoy; jogging, walking and playing pickle ball. I was able to make an appointment and started to see a physical therapist. Inbal Sarig is very knowledgeable and has taken the time to listen and help me heal and get stronger. With her knowledge I am now able to do the things I enjoy without inflicting pain on myself.

Doctor Kate Howell was very helpful. My health problem was strained back muscles near the neck area. The stretches, exercises, and massages performs by the doctor were helpful.

Pushing tennis balls into the back against a wall as one exercise covered. Another was having the feet at a 90 degree angle and a hand by the doorway, and turning the body 90 degrees while the feet are in place.

Dr. Howell has strong communication skills, conveys positive energy, is serious about her services to the people in need, asks people questions to know how their health problems are interfering with their daily lives, and for my particular case, Howell wanted to know how my health problem was interfering with my search for work after leaving my previous company.

I recommend this physical therapy clinic.

Ocean Beach Physical Therapy helped me considerably. I got a hairline fracture in my elbow from a fall. I had 6 weeks of PT, once a week, from Inbal Sarig, who did a marvelous job of teaching me the exercises I needed to do. She's very knowledgeable and has great people skills. Ocean Beach Physical Therapy also sends an app that lets you record your daily exercises and see how to do them properly. The staff is pleasant and it's easy to park in the neighborhood.

PT Kristin is very caring and listens to my concerns even and provide her honest feedback. She evaluates my conditions all the times and provided me needed exercises for my post surgery. I strongly recommend Kristin for any PT needs.

Bryan is excellent. I have had substantial problems with my back, including surgery for what my surgeon said was the largest herniated disc he'd seen in the last 5 years. After the surgery I was not able to walk more than 5 minutes before I got acute pain in my back and had to stop. Now, after working with Bryan, I am able to go for long walks, just stopping to do 3-5 seconds of mild stretches (extending and flexing my back from a standing position) every 15 minutes or so when I get back pain. I am incredibly happy and grateful.

Ocean Beach is the absolute best PT facility I have found in San Francisco. Their front desk is organized, efficient, and friendly. Their therapists listen to what I say and treat my symptoms professionally and alleviate my symptoms. My most recent therapist, Brian, was incredibly helpful and effective in helping me recover from my surgery. I highly recommend this facility with no reservations!

Bryan is great! He helped me work through a meniscus tear and multiple injuries from a car accident.

I visited my therapist in the afternoons and found the place very pleasant and uncrowded. The therapist was very skilled and helpful as was the staff which she called upon for supplemental activity.

I was fortunate to work with Inbal after a primary knee surgery with complications, that ultimately lead to a second surgery and cannot say how wonderful she and the entire team are. As someone who works as an ICU nurse, the level of teamwork and professionalism matched with a warm and friendly disposition is rare and unmatched. The facility is spacious, open and clean with street parking. They also have offsite pool options for clients to look into as well and help navigate that process. Lance, the owner took time with me as well, and my plan was very individualized. They met me where I was at and tailored my regiment with every session. The front desk staff is friendly and quick to respond to any emails or phone communication. You can tell the entire team are all committed to getting their patients back to their normal activity level. I paid out of pocket and it was worth every penny.
