The service at Ocean Honda has always been excellent! Lincoln and Lisa also go beyond being helpful, explanations, rides, overall friendliness go a long way too. I would not go anywhere else for service.

Recently purchased a new car from Ocean Honda and had an excellent experience with our salesperson Nick! They were able to quickly get us in for a test drive and Nick was extremely helpful in explaining all of the features of the car. After deciding on the car we wanted, we anticipated waiting for a couple weeks for our color/model to arrive not being currently in stock, but Nick was able to get one us the same day. A month later, we love the car and overall had a great experience here!

Brought my car in for a rattling noise from the engine. Chris in service department provided the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a repair shop. Very thorough in explaining needed repairs and explained my options. He followed up to inform me that the part wasn’t available that day and had to order. Told me he needed the car for another day while waiting for the part. He kept me posted during the whole process. With that kind of service, I would definitely go back to Ocean Honda for repairs……and maybe even a car as I’m looking to buy one within the next year! Thank you to Chris!

The Service Dept at Ocean Honda has been taking care of my family’s 2014 CRV and my company’s 2004 Element for the past 5 years. Lincoln is my contact person in the Service Dept. I have never had a better experience with a automotive service department. The whole staff has always been very courteous. Has always been honest and very efficient. I made an appointment using their online system, and Christopher greeted me right away when I arrived. He provided an upfront price and even selected the best online coupon for my services being done to maximize my savings. There is also service financing available and I was pre approved in less than one minute (I opted for a different method of payment instead though, but it’s nice to know that other payment options are available.) They were done before 10: 30 AM with the service and I was on the road again. Thank you Ocean Honda!

Lincoln Chin my advisor is always responsive to my request for service needs which get done in a timely manner. He always applies any coupons. Knows I need a ride and requests it for me.

I always take my care to be serviced here because they are good. Lincoln is super helpful and super friendly, the whole staff is. I always take my car for my oil change since I have the program where it’s covered for a zero cost until I reach certain miles. My only thing is that since the first day that I took my car for the oil change they always rotated my tires and never charged me, but now when I go there is a fee to rotate my tires. I’m not sure if it’s because maybe that was included with my oil change for a certain time but regardless of that I still take my car there since it is closer to home and the staff are really great.

It's always a pleasure bringing my Odyssey to Ocean Honda for service. Everyone is always courteous and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile and my service tech and their manager have always gone out of their way in seing that my car gets the right service. They are fair and do not try to upsell any unnecessary services. I appreciate their honesty. My service technician was Al and he kept me informed throughout the process and called me when my van was ready. Explained to me what service was performed and I was out the door in no time.
