The worst nail service ive ever had in my life. My nails were perfect before I went in for a fill and Nichole totally ruined them and my night the day before thanksgiving.

Visiting Goleta California and I desperately needed a new set of nails! Ocean nails came in amazingly! I’m in love!

Very detail oriented and I got a great pedicure that has lasted several weeks.

They did a beautiful job on my pedicure. However I bought the super deluxe one and I think a longer, deeper foot/calve massage would have been nice. But all in all I was really happy with the perfect looking pedicure.

I used to love this place: (I came in during the evening. Got acrylic nails. She for some reason didn’t cut my nails down and didn’t do my cuticles. I don’t like to complain when getting a pampering service so I let it go. She put the fake nails on way too low and then left for 20 minutes. Came back and a woman was sweeping a pile for the whole place, at my feet. She also did not thin the nail out before painting so they were way too chunky. I just got my nails done recently, elsewhere, and it took almost an hour to get the nails off and they were very worried my real nails would not make it. The customer service used to be great, they now pick and choose when and who they give good service to as if they are god. Never returning.
