Ocean SUBARU of Fullerton, CA has been my "go to" SUBARU Service Center for several years. Recently, Jan 5,2022, I had to buy a new car, so I looked at Ocean's Inventory online and went over to find-out what they had. I worked with Sales Rep Brandon Debarros, and they had the car I had looked at online. It had just been delivered the day before. So, I bought it. Brandon made the buying experience very easy and pleasant. He got the car prepared and I took Delivery that evening. Everyone I dealt with in Ocean's Sales Department was friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend Ocean SUBARU to anyone looking for SUBARU Sales and Service.

Recently purchased my first Subaru at Ocean Subaru. Would highly recommend working with Sabri Algaza! Sabri went above and beyond to answer my many questions and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Sabri and Steven Chung (finance) created a friendly, no pressure environment, such a refreshing experience unlike that I've ever experienced at any other dealership. Not only was the entire experience very easy and relatively quick, but I was also very satisfied with the competitive price we settled on. Highly recommend Sabri!

Best customer service and Subaru dealer I’ve been to! Curtis is the best sales person to go to. He is extremely helpful and will assist you with whatever you need. Definitely come check this dealer out I’m positive you won’t be disappointed because I sure wasn’t.

Curtis and Zayra were extremely helpful for me and my family buying our first Subaru! We had specific circumstances that they were able to accommodate for, and made sure we were taken care of. One thing that especially stood out was explaining how the CarDoc program worked, which this dealership has available, and how beneficial it is. With a newborn, I no longer need to worry about how/when/were I need to get maintenance done at-I even get reminders on my phone!

Overall my family and I had a fabulous experience here.

Was my first time experiencing a car purchase from a dealership. Manny helped us by giving us all the information on the car we kicked out and after on a test drive. He coordinated the test drive in a way where you can really the car to its full potential and in my opinion I think it’s the way a proper test drive should always be done. Miguel was the one that helped us with numbers and paperwork. He was very clear and straightforward with all the information that was given which made it easy to understand without having any confusions. At the end of it all Miguel was nice enough to gift me an accessory for my new Subaru. Thank you both. I’m looking forward to more business with ocean Subaru in the future.

Despite being a car sales person, I received excellent professional service from Frank A. Very patient with no pressure. Though still researching the car market, Frank may be the reason for buying a Subaru instead of a Toyota.

I purchased a new Crosstrek 2 years ago and was recently told by another Subaru dealer that the car was supposed to come with 2 years of free maintenance and to check with the original dealer to see if it could be added on.

After speaking with someone at Ocean Subaru, they told me the free service was never added at the time of sale and there was nothing they could do about since the two years had already elapsed. I asked the manager Jeff if there was anything he could do and was told he’d call me back, but I never got a response. I had to call back several times and each time I get passed around, voicemail or no return call. Finally, I was able to speak to a manager and the best they could do was 1 free oil change.

Miguel at Ocean Subaru in Fullerton was awesome. He was very straight forward and helpful throughout the entire process, from test drive to driving off of the lot with our new Crosstrek. I will definitely be recommending any family and friends to head here for an exceptional car buying experience.

Robert Green (sales representative), Very awesome guy!
He was very informative regarding the differences of Subaru Ascent that they have and let us check and test drive their cars.

Steven Chung (Finance manager), excellent job on explaining which warranty package is best for us.and to Tonny Navarro (Sales Manager), thank you so much for being considerate and making sure that we got the right deal.

My family and I walk out the dealer with new Subaru ascent.

I highly recommend the Ocean Subaru of Fullerton 10/10

Just bought my first car from Ocean Subaru of Fullerton and I could not be any happier with the process. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Everyone I interacted with during the process of buying my car (Susan, Jeff, Tyler and Kaine) were all so helpful and so communicative during the process. I had to reserve the car in advance and didn’t get a chance to visit the dealership personally until I went to pick up my car, but Jeff made the reservation process very straightforward and convenient. When it came to actually picking up the car, Tyler was very accommodating and answered any questions I have, and I was extremely satisfied with the car buying process.

I live in LA and this dealership isn’t the closest Subaru dealership to me, but I am so glad that I decided to buy my car from them.

Thanks everyone for the help, I really really appreciate it!

Place sucks. Sales people, service people, both are no good. Go to Timmons in Long Beach. Multiple bad experiences. Service torqued my oil bolt on to like 150 ft lbs.idiots

Lack of communication and price gouging. Do not come here. Did't tell me they don't have the part. Stranded no vehicle for the rest of the week. Estimate for sensor replacement $170. Tell me it will be $600. Ask for just the sensor replacement$480, was able to talk down to $350. The price they give is not the price. I called next day asking when the car will be ready only to find out they have to order it and my car won't be ready till friday, I gave them my car on Monday. If I had known going in i would have been gone elsewhere and could have figured out transportation. How the f am I supposed to get to work for the rest of the week?

I recently purchased my first new car, the Subaru Forester Sport, through Subaru Fullerton. I could not be happier with the process. They were not only very friendly and accommodating, but gave me ample time to consider this purchase, answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was refreshing to be treated like a person and not just a potential commission target.

I did ask a LOT of questions, but they were very well received, and I never felt like I was being an inconvenience. There were some supply issues with the car I wanted to purchase; however, they kept me informed throughout the whole process. This gave me more peace of mind and never left me feeling like they had forgotten about me. I am very grateful that they listened to all my concerns and were always easy to reach when I had questions about the purchase, even after I brought the car home.

There were a few mistakes throughout the process such as forgetting to factor in our VIP status and some other minor issues, but they were thoroughly explained, apologized for and swiftly resolved, which demonstrated their professionalism and thoroughness and honesty.

Overall, a fantastic buying experience and would happily purchase another Subaru from them again. Huge thank you to Miguel and Steven for all your help during the purchase!

First time Subaru owner. Went through the Lease to own option. Want to give a shout out to Miguel, who was the backbone of making the process smooth and painless. Thanks Miguel for treating me like the person who needed the guidance instead of a commission! Thx for the Starbucks too!
