Fancy place!
I was just dropping off a car, and got excellent service from the valet out front!
They loaded the car up and well-wished us away!
Short and sweet!

I've worked there 2 months there are some friendly staff but the residents are rude grumpy and noisy

It's a shame that this supposedly top-tier and well-located building suffers so badly from a tone-deaf (jacuzzi broken for over two years, but they spend >100k on shrubbery) and pet-hostile board. A vast majority of residents in the building are conscientious pet owners, but the board inexplicably offers no services to accommodate them, and in fact makes it quite difficult for pet owners to walk their pets, to the point of shaming them away from using the grass nearby.

The building used to offer amenities expected of a premium building such as car valet and grocery/baggage assistance. Since COVID they have eliminated these services even though safety protocols are now well understood. For example, why do they they now allow delivery of food to resident doors but still have not reinstituted valet assistance with groceries etc?

I hope that people considering purchasing/renting in this building take careful consideration of this resident-unfriendly board before making their decision.

This place has literally no type of assistance, I have been calling for the past 20 minutes and no response. It’s so unprofessional coming from such luxurious place. Very disappointing and definitely should look into getting a “ receptionist “ unless they have that’s clearly not doing their job.

Just going for the killer view you have over the ocean that's a real nice place to go and enjoy the much you can
