Horrible Experience!
If I could rate all 0's I would! Don't waste your time! The worst place Ever! So bad that I left and found a different place!

The room was ok looking except the water never got warm, it was ice cold and too cold to shower. I had it running for 3 and a half hours, never got warm and all the manager said was I'm so sorry. Had I known the water was cold I would have paid $100 to stay somewhere else. I would not stay here again.

I had a family member staying at the hotel. I recall her saying the shower did not have a curtain or a liner, so showers were not an option. Other than that I can not say much as far as the quality of room or stay. As far as customer service, I would like to express my opinion on their customer service, or lack there of. I had a very expensive Christmas gift that I had asked my family member to hold for me. It was fragile and I didn’t want it to get damaged in my car. Unfortunately, the gift was forgotten there and I take complete accountability for that. However, when I called to ask if they had it in a lost and found, I was told customers belongings aren’t their responsibility and he would not look for it or make it his concern. Never have I been exposed to such poor customer service. I didn’t even receive a goodbye at the end of the conversation. I am sharing my experience with those who are looking to feel comfortable and appreciated while on the road. Very disappointing

Wonderful accomidating staff lovely location nice and clean kept i love to stay here so amazing clwan and nicely kept i woukd highly recommend this hotel

Although I made my reservations on line, I proceeded to pay with cash upon my arrival. I reserved 2 queen beds and received a filthy handicapped room with only one queen bed. Not that I minded having the handicap room, but I was concerned that I might have the wrong room and maybe they should put me into a different room just incase in becomes needed. They said they were not concerned with it. So ok. Sharing a bed wasn’t a big deal since it was my daughter and myself. The carpet was grossly stained as well as areas along the wall. When my daughter and I came home from the beach and we were cleaning up to go get some dinner, we realized there was no soap for hand washing and no cups for teeth brushing. I called the office, they did deliver some soap, but said they have no cups. Later in the evening I received a message that my bank had also been charged for my room. Considering I ended up paying $250 for this room, it was horrible. I will add that I’m still attempting to get reimbursement to my bank, it is still trying to be resolved. I must also say that I’m not one of those hotel guests who really expect a lot. I’ve stayed in many Motel 6 that I would choose over this anytime.

Horrible Customer Service. Not woman owned. I spoke to the owner. HE is clearly male and not friendly at all. We gave it a chance 1 last time here and we're reminded quickly why we don't stay here or recommend it. Our room was booked. When checking in he couldn't find our reservation. Then found it. Stated our room was not available anymore but they have 1 more room. However it was a $50 extra charge or cancel the reservation and find a new hotel. No other option. The owner called me while at dinner with my family and ruined that by telling us we needed to handle it promptly. Rooms were disgusting. Party's going on all night. Cops everywhere. Not a great environment for the cost. Never again.

Hello, I just called with a few questions regarding your rooms. I would just like to inform your Manger/Supervisor/Owner that whoever answered my call at 1: 34 p.m July 16,22 is very unprofessional and rude! I did not even get to ask anything due to your employee not only rushing me but hanging up on me as I'm talking! Very rude, unprofessional "Women Owned Business"! Don't even have to stay here to know I would never stay here!

DO NOT STAY HERE! My family and I were in Pismo and decided to stay the night. We found this inn on Yelp and the price was reasonable. My daughter woke up the next morning with bites and my son found a very suspicious bug in the bed. Don't recommend anyone to stay here every!

Not a luxury stay but you get your value at less than $180 per night. Bed was new and very comfortable. Less than a mile from the ocean as some rooms have a partial view. Great water pressure for the shower. Rooms were clean and everything in working order. On our stay the ice machine was broken. It's located bottom floor behind hotel where a small patio and seating area was located. Would definitely go back.

Horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. Long wait for registering staff to answer. Once a room was offered and paid for, my friend used the toilet, the seat was broken and came apart. He being of senior age fell and gashed his arm in the fall and his elbow. The wounds were bloody but no help offered when I called. For both managers. The girl voided our room and told us to our faces that we had to leave that my friend should be in a nursing home. I was appalled and in shock at first. I had to demand a room as it was very late in the evening and I needed to apply first aid to my friend. Finally she rented us a different room next door which had no soap. But the thing that got me was her arrogant non-helpful attitude and she never apologized for their poor maintenance.

The only hotel i know to leave an unopened not used toilet paper roll every time u check in in love that ever since covid thing

High price for a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray and had neighbors partying til all hours.

We booked way in advance, to find that when we arrived, no one was working on-site. They “closed” the office until 4pm. Once we entered our room (which has a “NO SMOKING” sign on the door) we were basically choking on the soaked in smoke smell of the room. Once settled, we decided to shower up… shower curtain and bathroom has mold everywhere, ridiculously low water pressure, and looked as if it had not been cleaned since last use. After we laid down, we found that there was no comforter or blanket for the bed, only the thin top sheet. We basically kept warm with body heat, because the heater didn’t work either…. Don’t plan on staying here, because if you need it, there is basically no one there to help.

Horrible experience. We arrived around 11: 00 am. Couldn't check in until 3pm after driving for 5 hours.

TV doesn't work. You can't call for help because they didn't have telephone in the rooms. Very inconvenient in case of emergency.

When you call from your phone, they don't answer. Horrible customer service. Horrible place to stay for almost $300 for night.
No swimming pool

The room was dirty. The lamp as well as the microwave and coffee maker was all dusty. The restroom had mold on the roof. The shower had leg hairs in it. I will never come here again. Go spend your money at a different hotel!

Large spacious rooms! Two baths with classy benches in them. Remarkably comfortable beds. Heated pool and tons of activities for kids and adults alike. The soda is ridiculously expensive, but if you bring your own it's not a big deal.

Rooms aren’t awful and staff is great. Worth the price, just bring your own blanket. There’s only a top sheet on the bed lol
