Excellent customer service and care! Was very impressed with the staff and the services provided. I was taken care of well and was provided with an explanation of everything that would take place. I highly recommend coming here for your next eye exam.

The doctor was such a delight! He was sweet, made me comfortable, and made my day better! Derek was also amazing! He made me laugh out loud too many times to count! It was my first time there and I was thoroughly impressed with the staff’s kindness and energy!

The optometrist conducted a thorough eye exam and asked if I had questions or concerns. Pertinent information was relayed in a friendly and professional manner.

Dr Kimball, very professional and went the extra mile to make sure my prescription was correct.
Derek who helped me pick out my glasses was amazing. I’m horrible at picking glasses for myself, but Derek wasn’t going to let me pick anything. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and let me just say. Winning!

First visit: wrong contact lens for left eye. Went back and saw Dr Kimball on 7/17 who Re-examined me a new test pair. I called 7/26 and was told the test pair had shipped but had not arrived. I told them I would call back the end of the week. On 7/26 I tried calling four times between 10: 00-10: 30. Each time it went to voicemail after a long message. Finally I drove there and the guy at the desk found the test pair; turns out that they had arrived on 7/24 but the staff had been two busy to log them. I got the test pair and they were great. I arrived on time for follow up appointment but no one was at the front desk to check me in. After waiting five minutes I found Dr Kimball in the exam area. He asked the assistant to bring my chart. She provided him the chart of a different patient who had the same initials as me. I obtained my prescription and left. I will never return.

I completely enjoyed my visit today at LensCrafters! I realize that probably sounds like an odd statement to me, but the doctor was so personable incredibly knowledgeable actually compared my old chart to my new prescription and explained a few things to me which had never been done before and I’ve had glasses since I was 28 and I am now 53. The young lady that greeted me at the door was amazing. I had brought in my insurance, and she found that my coverage had changed, but she matched it up in the system, and I didn’t have a problem at all. Finally, Derrick who helped me select my frames and measure for my lenses was amazing! He helped me pick out two pairs of glasses when I showed up at his desk with 10. I loved his style. He knew the quality of the frames. He was very not knowledgeable on the best way to get the best deal. Annie took care of me, provided me all of my insurance coverage information as well as my receipts and paperwork. I’d also like to mention that they were so great that I was late to my appointment and they fit me right into the next flight). I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Adam Tayman, the office manager Grace and the rest of the women on staff are phenomenal! I recently moved an hour away from Oceanside but I will always drive back to this location for my eye needs — 100% worth it! Best customer service I have received in a long time. I called yesterday about needing a peripheral reading for my drivers license renewal and they got me in within 24 hours! I was in and out of the appointment within 10 minutes. Thank you Dr. Adam Tayman and team for the kindness and quickness!

Grace was very sweet and helpful.
The doctor however made my eleven year old very uncomfortable. Not the greatest manner for young teens. I am no eye expert and was asking questions throughout the appointment and was basically put down and guilt tripped for not adding the additional exams day of service. I was told if it was done within two years that it was okay. We were in that two year span so I declined… won’t do that again!

Overall not a great experience and ended up just doing my daughters appointment and canceling the other two I made for myself and my son.

Everything and every one was great - thank you very much! Aaron was thorough and helpful. All the staff was a pleasure to work with and made the experience smooth and effortless.

The young woman who checked us in was very personable and welcoming. The doctor who conducted the eye exam was also very personable as well. Dereck was the one we spend the most time with to order glasses for my son and husband. He made the entire process enjoyable and entertaining. I hope he is the one who helps us again in the future.

I appreciate the Doctor listing to issues and questions about my prescriptions past and present.

The worst service ever we won't be returning there ever. I won't recommend to go to lenscrafters in Oceanside to anyone. Stay away from the place!
Don't waste your time energy and money in the place.

Great staff and Optometrist, make you feel like your health is priority! Very thorough and answer questions and concerns, very friendly adds to a comfortable positive experience! Highly recommend! Thanks
