Oceanside Museum of Art

Great exhibits. I am not an art critic but I am drawn to certain pieces. I loved this museum.

The Oceanside Museum of Art is becoming a premier, A list, Art museum in the Southern California cultural community. Located at the northern end of San Diego county, a freeway drive from Downtown San Diego and from Orange County south.
If fine art is your interest, at all levels, from practitioners to collectors, the Oceanside Museum of Art is inspirational and highly collectible. Including the working artists of the Artist Alliance Contemporary Art Group, a support group of the Oceanside Museum.

Museum had free Mardi Gras mask-making activity with local Studio Ace. Fun event and free admission on first Sunday of month.

Magic and love was in the air, Happy 2023, extremely refreshing to have a fun 50th anniversary celebration at this beautiful museum venue

Fabulous compact museum, perfect for those of us with a short attention span! Interesting shows.

I've been volunteering here for a while now and i can say i absolutely love this place, everytime you come there's always something new and exciting with these art pieces. Local artists have the chance to showcase their art and there are so many events that bring the community together.

Their activities and games for kids as well as adults scavenger hunts beautiful art it's a good place to take your family

Nice museum. They had art scavenger hunt pages for the kids (I'm sure adults can participate too), no prizes or anything but it definitely was a fun challenge for our group.

I SOOOO wanna go in and tour. I was astounded with the rainbow flag and the AIDS quilt there for June Pride month. When I have the money, I'd love to tour the museum!

We saw @Daring Greatly Band here for the First Friday Artwalk event. Very classy setup with a bar, some seating at draped tables and VIP tables inside. Only suggestion would be to place outside tables in such a way that seated people would still see the band.who were excellent as always. Well done Oceanside Museum of Art!

I really enjoyed the exhibits and it's a beautiful building. I was deeply moved by the realistic photography displayed bringing awareness and attention to very real and pressing societal equity issues that need to be looked at by everyone. Racism, homelessness and the refugees at the border seeking help.

Rather small but well laid out. Enjoyed the display on how Oceanside has changed over the years.
