I was very pleased with my experience. Very informative and straight to the point. I also had some time constraints and Kerri was always there to answer questions or offer assistance. Thanks Brad for help with the stance and grip. That made a world of difference. I'll be joining you guys for future classes.

I have used them three times for my CCW training. Once for the initial and twice for the renewal. They don't waste your time. They have a streamlined process that includes everything you need to properly get your CCW. They even properly guided me through my AZ and UT CCW. Their instructors lead the class well by educating you with relevant real life situations and well as text book knowledge. I will use them every time.

I took my CCW class here today. I enjoyed it.

Learned a lot of valuable information. Now just waiting on the OCSD.

They even do your live scan.

Rick was very informative with his online CCW renewal course for OC residents. The pace worked well, and the quizzes after each session help lead to the final exam at the end. The scenario videos helped reinforce dos and and don’ts of CCW.

Now, Kerri … she’s the awesome individual that took care of my technical issues, late afternoon on a weekend! Kerri is a superstar who replied quickly to my online requests so I could complete my course and register for for my live fire qualification right away.

After my quals that night I submitted my certificate to OCSD and by 8: 30 the next morning OCSD approved my packet.

It took months for OCSD to process my packet and I wanted to wait until OCSD contacted me that the certificate is all I needed. Rick’s training was convenient, current and informative, and Kerri’s customer service was A+.

All in all … HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
