The initial appointment was long and painful never having made these kinds of arrangements in the past. There were so many options and add-ons, it was overwhelming. We were, however, very impressed with the memorial staff, location and amenities available, it made for a beautiful service.

If you are reading this review it is very likely that you are experiencing the loss of a loved one just like we did recently. First of all my most empathetic condolences. The entire team at O'Connor was nothing short of sensational with the entire process. They were extremely sensitive to our loss and were supportive every step of the way. They were great in coordinating everything to make sure that other entities such as the church and cemetery were coordinated perfectly. Their communication with us throughout the entire process was outstanding. On behalf of my family and myself we are forever grateful with the entire O'Connor Mortuary team. Thank you.

A beautiful venue and warm, accommodating staff. We felt like we were well taken care of, and all of our questions were answered. From the flowers to the memorial cards, the music selection to the prompt responses to requests, their competent handling of all the details meant we could focus on the most important thing on this day: gathering with family and friends to commemorate a life well lived.

The amount of service and care my family receives from O'Connor Mortuary is excellent. Since 2020 three members of my family have passed and O'Connor Mortuary handled all three. The care is real here for your deceased loved one, the grieving family and it continues long after your check clears. Their Instagram and Website is a wealth of comfort. I chose O'Connor because I've attended memorials here for decades and never elsewhere. Now I have an insider's view to them and the people who work there. They anticipated care in endless details for my Dad and for our family. I cannot say enough great things about the team here: Terese, Joanna, Angela, Cate, Mitch, James, Becky, Amy, etc. This week we attended a Candlelight Remembrance Service at Mariner's Chapel that was appropriate, inclusive, sensitive, and absolutely beautiful. O'Connor really really knows how to care and serve. It is reassuring to know a place like this exists and the hurting world is comforted by the staff at O'Connor.

Everyone was so nice here and extremely comforting. During what was a difficult time, they went about and beyond and I would definitely recommend for anyone that needs this service.
