The supervisors need to make sure everyone they put on the floor can use a needle properly the last time I went a girl did not know what she was doing she stuck it in to far, not saying she can't get better but she needs more practice before working on any patient. A worker name Phat is a Chinese guy who works there by far he is the best sticker, he takes his time and you don't even feel it going in, he needs a promotion as a manager. Overall, I don't see myself going back there, mainly because alot of the female workers be having attitudes, they need to adjust their attitude. What they are failing to realize is without people coming in to donate they would have no job, so who really need who, yea they may be getting a paycheck from the job but it's the people who are helping them get that paycheck.

Your employee Vanessa is one of your nicest most helpful employee. All the employees in front and on the floor work incredibly hard to make sure each donor has a safe and pleasant visit.

They claimed I had sifales on one of my visits. And wouldn't let me donate. I've never had it in my life but they said it would remain on my record forever.

Why your website say you'll pay this amount of 65.00 then changed to 50.00 that not right. That why I'm going somewhere they pay me higher than here. Anyone that will read this there a location in Ming BioLife Paying higher than this place.

Obviously the process takes a while. I was there on a Sunday and it was pretty packed with only one person doing the checking in. The two RNs there are fabulous, kind, and take their time to answer any questions. The big plus of this place, is that they have a security guard.

People are nice but they promised 6 times at 60.00 then I didn’t come for a few weeks and they dropped the 50.00 to 35.00. No thanks! Not interested in going through all that for 35.00 Geesh!

Went great donating today. Was approved in under 20 minutes. Screen process little wait time. The Tech. Got the needle in on first try. Smooth easy minimal pain. They greeted me with a smile!

Treated like a dog by Jessica. If my kids school calls I have to take the call. I have two special needs children. Instead she has to make a loud scene. Pick and choose who can do what.

I started going here and at first it was good, I like that I don't wait for a long time and donating is fast, usually in and out, but I started going on sat, there's this guy he is awesome, real sweet and pays attention to everyone and talks to you if you have any problems, which I was my machine kept saying NO FLOW, the othere guy that was on my side kept talking to people I kept telling him something was wrong, he then turned and said keep pumping which I was, but never came to check until I finally got the other guys attention, not sure if he's a supervisor, but he looked like he was in charge, but he is great,

The donation process goes by very quickly. The staff is very welcoming and the machines are better and quicker than most plasma donation facilities.
