Came in here today and met with Nick, he was very helpful and informative about the tune he was going to install and went above and beyond to make my 99 Mercedes c280 run with more response power with the tune great service!

I ordered a tune for my Mercedes from OE Tuning. They are fantastic. Customer service was great and they were very helpful with instructions for the Mygenius tool. Shipping was very fast. The tune is perfect for what I needed. I highly recommend OE Tuning.

Tune has added visible hp and torque improvement off the line and throughout acceleration and removed the lag on the initial pedal push on my 2019 Mercedes Benz GT63S AMG. Ryan helped me with a minor issue over the phone and Jeremy was prompt on returning the email exchange. Thanks guys!

Customer support was absolutely fantastic. I ran into a minor snag at the begining that they were able to resolve in 1 buisness day. Very please with the tune on my 2010 Mercedes E550. Best tune for the price hands down. I have high miles and absolutely no issues.

I purchased a tune for my 2020 Mercedes SL-450 after getting to install (delayed due to the covid) we were told that it would not work on my car. I had phoned before ordering and was told it would work we were then told that we must send the ECU in for tuning. I cannot do that because I use the car every day. You sent me a return auth LF12121 and I returned and you received. Since then I have phoned 3 or 4 times emailed 2 times and can not get ant response from you. Thaat is certainly not very good customer service.

DONT COME HERE! Experience AWEFUL! They promised more power and my car lost ALOT of power, paid over 2 grand in repairs because their programming royally Eff's up your car sending check engine light after check engine light. Never once have I ever gotten a check engine light until the week I got the tune and so forth. I just read a comment by OE tuning saying they do a 7 day return policy, yet when you ask them when you can experience more power they say give your car a week and it should show. ANYONE CATCH THAT, " a week to show results, with a 7 day return policy" loop hole after loop hole and when they are done stealing your money and wrecking your car, THEY GHOST YOU.no return emails, and calls. FEAR NOT, I have lots of buddies in the Bureau of automotive, if they don't issue a refund, I'm shutting them down, they will also be reliable for hefty fines as well. OE I'm coming for you!

Do not expect to get all what you ask for, no one works in the little office anymore. If you anger them they will not respond unless you post your concerns on social media. I drove 2 hours there and was amazed all day (weekday) no one occupies the blacked out tinted tiny office. I can say I wasted my money, there only one solution was send me back to stock, no idea what they did, but beware, be warned, once they have your money your stuck, cant even access my original file. Now I have to flag a dealership and pay back to stock, find a tuner with actual knowledgeable employees and retune what I already paid them to do, scary, and unnecessary stuff. There’s a reason for the customer service review, pay attention to them, they may have been great one day, now they are a shadow of that, don’t be an idiot like I was.speed your money elsewhere

I would highly suggest against tuning with OE. I have had nothing but problems with my tune and customer service is non-existent.

I reached out to OE when my “Stage 2” power levels were lower than their tune only numbers. For months I’ve been getting the run around from sales and Jeremy. I’ve sent numerous emails and he advised me to set up some dyno time and send him the data so he can fix their garbage tune. After I sent over the files, he completely went ghost and hasn’t responded to any emails.
The people in sales say they need his authorization to issue a refund and he completely refuses to answer anything. At this point, they won’t answer any of my phone calls whatsoever but will answer if I use a friend’s phone.

Literally the worst company to do business with. Go to Eurocharged and don’t think twice.

Great service. The tune installed is perfect for my Sprinter Motor Home. It makes a big difference.

Please let’s make this right, I need a consistent power for my tune. I’ll pay the update, but I need top speed removed and torque increased as in original request. I will also perform a downpipe if you can adjust the tune to compensate. I have Friday available, and Next Tuesday, or early on next Friday. I can drive into your shop, remove the ECU, and hand it to you. Please let me know what we can do to close this Jeep out.

Wow! I purchased a stage one tune and mygenius handheld tuner for my 2013 c300 with 3.5liter m276 engine.the results from this tune for this car are absolutely amazing! Shipping was light speed and the tune was very easy to do this with the handheld tuner. I have a whole different car.throttle response is night and day and the added power is clearly there no question. It also shifts and drives much more smoothly. I am so much happier with this than I thought I would be.

Order placed Monday and by Wednesday I have a different beast of a car. Used the genius to flash the ecm. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Within an hour I had 3 files emailed back and ready to install. It’s hard to keep my foot in it now without getting into serious digits. 2014 E550
