Off The Charts, Vista CA

I like this place but…. The last time I was there I was doing curbside pickup and the employee told me they were short on change so they gave me a lighter instead…? Not even a pre roll lol. I hope it’s true that they’re actually short on change and the employee didn’t pocket the change I was supposed to get back!

Best dispensary in town you know I was short one night on accident I went in without enough money in my pocket and it was just about to be 10: 00 and the manager reached into her own pocket pulled out $5 and covered my medicine for me for the night I've never been in any of the dispensary in San Diego at all with such a good staff caring knowledgeable

EXCELLENTE! This place was off the charts! Product covering every square inch of the place. Walls drilling with the Goodness. Go check it out. Great deals and great service. What's not to like? Get some!

Best place hands down. I drive an hour just to go there. Quality and the staff there know there products. Very great place and I live by other dispensaries. But nothing is like Off The Charts.

OMG, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER. EVERYONE IS SUPER, SUPER NICE. MY FAVORITE PERSON IS DAVID THE SECURITY GUARD. HE IS ALWAYS ON IT. SUPER COOL, TOTALLY ABOUT HIS JOB, UNBELIEVABLE AWESOME. The customer service is horrible, Ridiculous really. Also make sure you get your change cuz the cashiers like to pocket your change.

Very unprofessional it will take you 4 hours to get your product if you deliver. Plus if they get your order wrong you have to drive to store to return it. I I'll not ever get and product from this place they deserve a -5 star from me

Love, love, love off the charts! Great prices, very nice staff. Lots of options and helpful budtenders if you have any questions. Takes online orders for pick-up or delievery!

Prices are great and driver was super chill. I asked for them to be discreet prior to and they handled that well. I ended up ordering the following day haha! Best prices around and so glad you have the CDT stiiizys!

Hands down the best dispensary in California. From selection, to pricing and value, to the exceptional customer service, robbin and his staff are the best! Couldn’t recommend these guys more! Been coming to these folks for a few years now and will always continue to be a loyal customer!

Best medical dispensary in San Diego, bar none. The employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is secure yet relaxed. They do their best to make you happy whether you are ordering delivery or pickup. Thanks for being amazing you guys!

Great dispensary and the employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have had experience with the budtender not having enough knowledge about products, especially pods vs.carts. Love that I get a text every Friday with the weekend sale items! Great prices and your dog can go in with you if leashed!

Jack my budtender was just insanely helpful. Helped me find good prices and deals available. And served me with a smile. I like that! Keep the man's around!

Lack of consistency in their delivery system. Different set of delivery policies depending on if you order through their website or through weed maps.

The Store front is bright, flashy, and lots of product. The staff is in a hurry, with very little knowledge about what they're selling.

It wasn't always like this. A month ago things were much better I used to recommend this place. I hope management can get things back in order.

I've been to Off The Charts 5 times now, and 4 of my 5 experience have been frustrating and difficult. All most all the workers in the shop are extremely uninformed about both Cannabis and the products in their own store, but act as if they're the world's foremost experts, dispensing information that is flat out wrong and silly, even as they insist they are correct!? And they're rude in the process!

Their products are very expensive, badly labeled and 90% don't even allow you to see what product you're buying. As an experienced Cannabis user and grower for decades I know what I'm talking about and these people most definitely do not!

I won't go to they're store again. Their lousy customer service has lost them another customer.

Also, though they call themselves a "medical dispensary" they have no understanding or information about the actual medical uses of cannabis. Look elsewhere.

The best customer service you can get they always are awesome at recommending products and always have great weekend deals i drive 30 min just to go to this spot. The name fits them well.

First time i went with my mother for mothers day, the bud tenders were very helpful and informative on the products. Great selections and prices beat anyone around. Highly recommend & will make it my new shop!:)
