I am always given the highest quality printing, efficient and prompt service, excellent selection of products and reasonable prices, and Great sales, for example, hand sanitizer, I Am a Nurse, so, this was So Awesome! I shared it on Facebook because I wanted everyone to know what An Important and Great sale this was, so they could take advantage of this.

They are very helpful and are there when I needed something done quick. I have FedEx next door to me but I keep going to Office Depot for my printing and supplies.

Matthew and Henry were both a great help to me today. While I was shopping, my friend Lynda was trying to walk out the door, frustrated with me for no reason. Matthew reassured me that he has personal experience with someone like Lynda. He stepped up and talked to her, and kept her from leaving the store, while I finished up. I greatly appreciated both Matthew and Henry today.

This has got to be the slowest service ever in the business services department. None of the staff seems to know what they are doing. Very very slow!

Great store but an employee seemed unwilling to help. Went in to purchase a desk but the employee suggested we come back the next day since they were closing soon. Not the best customer service.

Office Depot had the HP bright white printer paper I needed for a project. I had visited another office supply store which did not have the HP paper stock. The staff also was very helpful in finding the ream of paper that I really needed. Thank you to Office Depot and their staff!

If you are blessed enough to visit this Office Depot in Bakersfield, please ask for Sean or Tyler. They gave me the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time! You won't be sorry. Yes, the prices have gone up a bit, but you won't mind because being treated well and with efficiency is worth it! This is a rare quality in people these days. Plus, this store is clean, organized, and if you don't see the product you need, Sean will look it up on the computer for you and most likely find it! The only thing I couldn't find was my Shaeffer ink cartridges for my calligraphy pen! (I ordered them on line.)

The cost of printing large amounts of copying in color is very reasonable. I love that I can order online and go pick up my copies within hours.
