Office Depot, Pasadena CA

I've always shopped for my office products at Office Depot, a very good store and prices one can afford.

Office Depot carries a wide selection of quality stationary and office furnishings that help me organize and enjoy my interest in writing, craft, collating information, organizing, and tracking personal accounts and correspondence. The salespersons are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and attractive.

Had what we needed.an adaptation that turns sit down desk into
stand up desk. Had one left. It was beautifully packed, very heavy and packers had foreseen how to hoist the thing into place.

I like walking around the store checking out products wanting to buy almost everything “BUT” that’s life, the main thing was no one bothered me, which was cool, when I’m ready I’ll be ready.

The price on the internet is different from the price in the store. The store price was more expensive compared to the internet price.

After an employee had problems with my printing job, the General Manager stepped in and handled the situation very professionally.

The store was out of stock of the two-pack of Epson black printer ink that I wanted. I had to buy the more expensive per cartridge single pack. Otherwise OK.

I am a teacher and I like going to the Office Depot in Pasadena because of the location, the great service and finding all the supplies I need. The workers there are very helpful when looking for a particular product. I get all my school supplies their and have never been disappointed. I would recommend to my friends to shop at Office Depot.

This store is great on customer service-They greet you at the door as you come in and immediately help you find what you are looking for. Rudy has always been a big help in finding what I want.

This Office Depot on Colorado Blvd.in Pasadena and the personnel there are awesome. We have bought ALL of our office equipment there and continue to purchase support equipment directly online and curbside pickup. The store is wonderful and their personnel are knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

The office depot workers have been so helpful to me on more than one occasion they help with printing they help with finding printer cartridges & recycling printer cartridges - they're just the best!

This Office Depot not only is fully stocked but the clerks there are very knowledgeable. Tell them your problem (which I did but not with much hope for an answer), and the guy has a few things I could do to fix it! I was pleasantly surprised.

I shop because i need their Tech expertise. I buy protection service for my home computers. Dave Tech -Man has been a great help.

The office depot gives very liminal vibes and usually the employees seem so miserable so the entire experience is usually so dreary. However today I met the first office depot employee I've ever met who has pep, who's friendly and conversational, and really approachable and understanding. Ely was absolutely lovely to us our entire visit. It made the extra charge this place cost versus Staples well worth it.

I went online to find a file cabinet with very specific height dimensions, and after looking everywhere else, decided to look at Office Depot, where I found what I was looking for and purchased online.

I was notified it would be ready for pick up five minutes later, and I received a $10 discount for picking it up in person.

When I arrived, I headed straight in towards the middle of the store, where I figured they may have some Fireproof Document "Safes", I could look at.

I was greeted by store by employee Danny, who was walking the opposite direction, so I asked him if there were any fireproof document safes, which he pointed me to.

After obtaining a shopping carting from the front of the store for the document safe, I was looking at an end aisle display at a couple hard drives.
Danny happened to be walking from up front towards the back and asked me again if there was anything he could help me with. I asked him if the store had any other hard drives I could look at. He walked me to the hard drives section.

Before he walked away I showed him my In Store Order Pickup slip and asked him if I should give it to him, or wait until I went to the front counter to buy the safe and hard drive. He looked at my paper, the item type, my name and said, "I'll get it ready for you and it will be at the checkout when your ready". I thanked him again.

When I got to the check out, Danny came to the front to assist the cashier in retrieving the hard drive I was purchasing from the store closet, then dollied out the file cabinet to my vehicle to help me load the safe and file cabinet. I hadn't said anything, but I had previously hurt my shoulder doing some work a few weeks earlier and had been concerned about loading the file cabinet alone. So not having to ask, was a really big positive for this particular shopping experience.

My past experiences with the store at this location, had been unimpressive and had led me to making my office and business purchases at a competitor across town whenever possible for the past ten years.

Even though I believe their competitor has a better floor layout and generally friendlier employees, as well as more employees, I have to admit, I never had this kind of customer service or assistance at the competitor before. I couldn't have gotten better customer service anywhere else and since I was spending a lot of money, that's helps me feel better about those purchases and my decision to shop at this Office Depot.

I went there to print my portfolio. Amy helped me at the printing center, who was very nice, professional and patient. The color turned out pretty good!

I wish we still had an Office Depot close. It was so handy to be able to either walk to or drive to the one that is no longer in Monrovia, CA. However, the persons working in the stores, both temple City and Pasadena, are very helpful.

Pretty good selection of materials. Helpful staff. Wish they had bigger inventory of printer inks. But paper prices good.

Very helpful staff. They take time to answer questions and make useful suggestions, about technology, for example.
