Great customer service. Didn’t have to go searching and getting lost. There was a window a worker was walking and directed me on where to go, your mileage may vary.

If your looking to print bachelorette party novelty type games don’t waste your time coming here. The printer “specialist” Serena, deemed my game as “porn” so they refused to print the game… so ridiculous.go to staples instead!

I’ve only been here twice. First time I got an excellent bulletin board. Second time was to make some copies. People make mistakes. It’s human. The real test is in how a mistake is resolved. I believe “A” in printing handled it well. Called me later to confirm the correction and actually apologized. Little did she know that she was working on a packet for President Joe Biden. True story. Thanks for your help and your professional support in getting it all done. Greatly appreciated.

Ricardo was great at helping us get what we wanted. Unfortunately the office chair we bought ended up peeling within a year. Ended up buying more expensive chairs elsewhere.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and eager to assist. I often use the documents department for contracts, scans and faxes. I can always count on the associates to take care of my requests and forward me receipt confirmation when they have completed a task outside of my presence.

Went in to get copies of my social a very helpful employee who did the copies help saw that my social security card was raggedy she gave me info to the social security office to get a new one she was so helpful she needs a raise or promotion

The girl at the printer closed down 10 minutes early from closing and denied service. After I talked to her she was giving me excuses. Drove 30 minutes just to be denied service. Horrible customer experience!

The local store is very close to me, I run there occasionally to p/u memory, printer paper, pens, etc. Great selection of office needs and fair pricing.

Associate at the print and copy was helpful and engaging. My documents came out clear and clean.

Fast, easy and convenient. I just had to pick up postage stamps. Much better than using the Post Office.

Jace, in tech support was extremely helpful and though we couldn’t find the issue with my laptop he did every diagnostic and took the time to try and help me. He was articulate and understanding. We definitely need more people like this in customer service:)
