Customer is great, and completes work orders on time and right! Especially the persons who help you out specially on asking questions about what you are there for.:)

I had to fax something 2/19 afternoon but didn't know how to use it because it's first time but lady working near shipping area helped me until finish

It was a hectic morning and I needed to print my father's memorial service program brochures a couple hours before his funeral. I had called a couple other printing places that refused to prioritize and rush print even though I had sent them my project the day before. Office Depot was my final opportunity to get the job done in time for a smooth sailing event celebrating my father's life. Linda (a miracle worker) patiently walked me through the steps necessary to send my project in and she understood the stress I was under and kindly expedited the printing. To top it off, she went the extra mile by calling me as soon as the brochures were ready for pick up so I wouldn't be late to the funeral and she had also thrown in a few additional backup prints and pre-folded the programs for me to make my life easier during this difficult time. Thank you so much, Linda for your excellent customer service and your kindness which saved the day! I will definitely be back to this location.

Be aware! Their online price and store price are different.
It’s a hassle having to go back to the store just to adjust the price.

Says updated Thanksgiving hours open until 8: 00pm just drove almost 10 miles to get here with about 15 minutes to spare and then are already closed so much for up to date hours information and a big waste of gas and time

It's an office supply store. They know where everything is and are eager to help you find what you need.

Although this may not be a new store, the salesman/cashier Kitiona was exceptional providing the me the best assistance and help, which made my experience buying a chair there 5 stars!

Store doesn't have the amount of merchandise they use to. Staff is helpful and polite. Always know I am going to get good customer service when I go here.

I needed some documents scanned using 600pdi & tif. Office Depot was the only store that could provide the service and at a reasonable price. This was a life saver. Other print/copy stores only do pdf & jpg. The sales associates at each store I visited were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for their print/copy services.

My experience very cold and unhelpful employees so why bother going there if you need assistance

I was greeted by the cashier and someone on the sales floor. But I did not like how rude one of the employees were. I was walking down an aisle and the employee walked right in front of me with the metal staircase. He didn't acknowledge me or apologize for walking right in front of me. Luckily I didn't knock into him because I have back pain and I could have hurt myself if I wasn't paying attention.
