The staff at the Office Depot location in San Clemente is always so helpful, turns my projects around quicky and provides complete honesty when they cannot complete a big job in the time frame I need. I highly recommend using them for any print or laminate jobs you have - including architecture blue prints!

The Printing Department is knowledgeable and helpful and other department representatives were helpful in guiding me to products I was looking for.

I’ve been going to the San Clemente Office Depot location for years. Without a doubt the employees there are very knowledgeable and can help you find anything you’re looking for. Even if they don’t have it in store. I appreciate their help in times when my printer is busted or need school supplies! The store manager and assistant store manager are such wonderful accommodating people. Truly wouldn’t go to any other store.

Blonde manager is so rude. I understand she is busy but you don’t talk to customers with a bad attitude She needs to go to customer service 101

Yesterday I went in to have copies made. I had 18 pages that I just needed slightly reduced. The three employees I encountered were very nice. However, the manager was extremely rude and would not let me wait for the copies. I spend a lot of my own money on classroom supplies but I guess I will not be spending anymore money at this store.

I needed to get a bootable copy of Windows 10 I looked on Google and they said they have it in stock I go to the store and no employees know anything about it they don't have it in stock they told me to go online to buy it at which time I asked them how do I go online if I don't even have an operating system on my computer? How do I go online if I can't boot up my computer? All I get is duh I don't know maybe Walmart?

What an embarrassment. Not a soul at the front desk, a blonde older woman was stocking a nearby shelf. Had to go find her, we were trying to buy an office chair. My husband approached her and merely asked how he can purchase the chair because there was no one at the desk and the worker began to give him attitude and walking away yelling across the store for the chair. I just got my tonsils removed and I cannot wear my mask, and when my husband looked at her and expressed he wasn’t mad she rudely responded and then yelled I need to put my mask on. (I was four aisles away from everyone) If it was such a big deal to wear it, hire someone for the front door. This woman has no business working in retail with her nasty attitude. Tell her to stay home if she’s scared. Don’t support this business!

Had a very disappointing experience here today. I placed on online order and received confirmation for pickup. When I arrived at the store today they said they had sold the items and that they didn’t pull them for our order before selling them. When I told them I had driven 30+ minutes to their store to pick up the items their only response was “sorry it’s not our fault, it was our system”. They never offered anything beyond that. No offer to ship directly to me or any other form of help for me to get my ordered items.
Needless to say I’m very disappointed in their customer service and will not be shopping at Office Depot moving forward.
