Office Depot, Montebello CA

Maruf is the best employee that I've encountered at this office Depot location. He is so kind, patient and helpful that I literally look for him anytime I come to Office Depot. He should be promoted to manager and train the other employees on his exemplary customer service skills.

The store has everything I need. And if its' not in stock, I'll get it shipped in 1 or two days. The customer service is always good,

It’s a smaller size store but they have what I need! The staff are friendly and sometimes they get busy but they have always taken care of what I need.

Called to put an item on hold since the web said non on stock and gave my name and he said to come before 9pm. Drove to the location asap and arrived in less than 15 min since there is no traffic now and the cashier said they has just sold it to the person ahead of me sorry! Are you serious!

I ordered online, sent to pick it up at the store and half my order was missing. The manager just said it's out of stock and we won't get more so the rest of your order is canceled. It did not say it of stock when I ordered

Terrible customer service, especially by one of the ladies whose name is Bevetta or something like that, she didn't help me or at least tried to, she's was also extremely rude. If it wasn't for a very nice girl, Veronica, I would have failed my class. Veronica was really helpful, charismatic, and she did really put an effort in helping me out. I'm not afraid to say that she deserves a raise

How horrible the customer service is at this office depot location. The manager refused to allow me to pickup my online order. He gave me lots of attitude. I will never shop at office depot ever again. This store should receive negative stars for the most part.

This place is so small. If you're looking for larger quantities of anything, go somewhere else.

I must say that the customer service here at this store is great. Tristem, Jeanette, Sarah and everyone else really helped me & a collegue when we needed it. Maybe it's because this is a smaller store with plenty of staff as opposed to a huge store with what always seems like not enough staff.

Don't hate it.just that your location information specifically states July 4th hours.open til 9pm. I needed some supplies because I am working. Came and the plac= is closed. STAPLES states closed.

Yvonne is horrible. Yvonne is too good to hand your receipt to you in your hand. Rude nasty and angry attitude. Yvonne also makes up rules as she goes. Yvonne is to be avoided at all cost. Besides this office depot is very small.
