Why do they close so early? What happened to the section were you could test out, which pens you wanted? Why don't they have 17.3 inch laptop sleeves that are waterproof? Or backpacks in all sizes? They don't cary "Seagate" External Hardrive? (Which work on both PC and Mac. The "WD My Passport" can only be read by one format. And if you try to convert it, all of your saved files will be erased.)
And last, the sells floor doesn't have anything on Alienware?

Iv been coming to this location for a few years now for print jobs. Normally it's not to bad of an experience. They have hired on new staff and the quality of customer service has dropped. Employees are on their cell phones or having inappropriate conversations. Over all the feel of this place is that they dont want to help you and act as if you have infringed on there time for asking them to do their job. Two girls on staff tonight at the print site were rude and would not help us. Wont be coming back.

Great place to drop off FedEx packages. They also handle USPS priority packages. Good to know because their lines are usually shorter plus you can shop for other goodies.

Staff members are very helpful. They will usually come to you to offer help, and will also let you know about the other services, discounts, and promos they have.

Excellent parking availability and helpful, and friendly people working at this location. Their self service print, scan, copy area surpasses FedEx Kinko's for the price!

They did the price match on this portable label maker through Walmart. From $32.99 to $17.99. Awesome deal.

I love coming here for prints staff is always nice and helpful. UNTIL today they have some new girls working the printing section. They are not helpful at all and they give attitude. If you don't like dealing with people don't work in customer service plain and simple

The employees seem very knowledgeable and know where things are when asked. I'll give them the fifth star when the cleanliness and maintenance of the store merit the top rating. The bathrooms are not maintained well.

Really clean, organized, and friendly staff. Would come here more often but staples usually has better sales

The staff are super professional. I couldn't find what I needed on the sales floor and they went to the back to get more in a hurry. The store is clean and well organized. I was very satisfied with the prices. Parking lot is a little cramped, but otherwise I had an excellent experience and plan on retrieving for more supplies soon.

I come here a lot for copies and print jobs. Usual wait time is anywhere from a couple of minutes to 15 minutes. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sign up for emails and you'll get coupons for 25% off any purchased. I used mine for an office desk that was on sale!
