No Common Sense. Unable to solve homeless issue in San Jose, while giving me parking violations for (a) no-registration sticker (which in fact I paid for, but did not receive from another notorious organization DMV), (b) parking in the wrong direction, in front of.my house

There is simply No accountability for the staff in the city of San Jose to do a good job making this city a beautiful one. Lots of bureaucracy, no coordination between different departments, and avoiding or delaying hard problems (homeless). They have jobs only because.they work for the city!

sigh.

Absolute crooks. Give tickets out to people who paid meters then refuse their appeals for reasons they don't share, then you can attempt to request a hearing, but good luck actually getting one lmao. What a bunch of scumbags.

Just a way to generate more income for the city of Man Jose.

Most of the time the tactics are questionable. The office is slow.even when there is barley anybody inside. Now they charge a $3.95 "Convenience fee" if you wish to pay with a Credit Card.cause it's some how "convenient" to pay fine. SMH

Corruption at its finest. I was sitting in my car having dinner and he asked me to move. I asked what was I in a violation of a V. C. 22500 or a V. C. 22507.he never told me why I needed to move and just started to write me up. I told him I wanted my ticket and that I will see him in court and he refused to give me my ticket.

If I could give a zero on this review I would. An officer gave me a ticket for a meter violation that was expired and I went to go check if there was even a meter and there wasn’t. However the parking violation office is still now making me pay because of someone that does not know how to do their job adequately.
