3Allowing people to arrest homeless people and anyone in a school bus arevan and taking away their vehicle when it might be the only thing between them and living on the street is not available of solution.
I just spoke to Vadima (the mayor's secretary) and what a wonderful soul, and effective person the mayor has with her. The community as well.
I have been trying to get important medical treatment, but have been frustrated trying to recieve it. I haven't gotten it yet but I'm onthe right track, thanks to Vadima, The Mayor

Never has the decency to respond to any urgent emails! I can see why nobody supports him and San Diego has gone downhill! Do not trust this individual - he lacks morals, dignity and integrity.
