If I could give them zero stars I would. I would never voluntarily choose to shop here but apparently they operate as a vendor for Home Depot. I bought a bedroom set through Home Depot and half the parts were warped or broken. I’ve tried for weeks to get a replacement part and keep getting the run around. I’ve reported them to BBB for fraudulent practices and have also contested the credit card charges with Home Depot due to their sheer negligence. Based on the negative reviews from others, it appears my experience is not unique. Stay away from this company and their products as they clearly do not care about the customer.

I have been trying to reach their customer service department since January. This is September and I have heard nothing. I have left 2 emails and multiple voice mails. If you hold to wait to speak with someone, after 15 minutes, it says they are not available and disconnects you. Even their main office number is a continuous recording. I received a couch without arms and cannot properly assemble it until I have the arms. This is absolutely the most inexcusable customer service I have ever dealt with. If this is any indications of how they treat their other customers, I don't see how they are still in business. I will never buy another one of their products! I would give them no stars, but you have to have select at least one to write a review!

Absolutely ZERO customer service. Ordered a chair on Amazon in July 2021. Chair that was delivered had obviously been repacked. Upon opening many items needed for assembly were either missing or short. It is now late September 2021.
I have called the customer service line and was advised to email request along with photos of problems. I did so in August. After three weeks with no response, I emailed again. Another week gone by and no response so I began calling the "customer service" line. I have done so now on 4 occasions and each time the call goes to a voicemail, then to a "customer service" line which rings unanswered. I waited once for over 20 minutes and the call was finally disconnected.
Absolutely frustrated with Office Star Products. All I want is the missing parts that will allow me to assemble the chair. No one will talk to me or respond to my continued emails.
Pathetic experience. I would highly advise to avoid doing any business with Office Star Products.

Office Star is a terrible company. Plain and simple. Bought one of their office chairs and tried to get in contact with them for a replacement part. I was told to e-mail them. I did three times and zero response! I also left voicemails. Nothing! I ended up returning the chair because of this to the retail location where I purchased it. I recommend you stay away from purchasing any of their products.

This was a very nice place to pick up at.
Very driver friendly.
Enter west gate, exit east gate.
People were very fast, friendly and professional.
I was in and out of this place in less then 20 minutes. Huge lot and plenty of space dock and 53 ft trailer with a huge sleeper on my truck.can’t wait to go back to Office Star.

In November, 2020 I purchased an Office Star Pro Line II Big and Tall chair from walmart.ca online. The shipment was left on my doorstep in terrible shape - the cardboard container was soggy from sitting out in the rain, torn and had a number of holes, the ends were partly open and the contents were in serious disarray.

Fortunately the parts all seemed to be in good shape, so I assembled the chair, and I am very pleased with it - it's roomy and comfortable (I'm 188cm tall and 112 kg).

One small problem: the right arm's level position was a bit lower at the front than the left. I sent photos to Office Star Products to find out if I could make some adjustment, or perhaps get a new mounting plate; to my surprise, they sent new left and right arms and back. I replaced the right arm which solved the problem. I have contacted the company to see if I can return the defective arm plus the unused parts.

I think this kind of service is commendable. Based on the sturdiness and comfort of the chair and the great service, I would definitely buy their products again and I recommend them to others.

Bought a chair from amazon, was missing the pneumatic tube that holds the chair up. Incredible. Called the company to get the part, guy on the line was rude. Amazing. Glowing.

Bought one of their papasan chairs, the swivel broke and all the ball bearings fell out in less than 6 months. I've called their corporate offices and the parts department, transferred around and then told to email them. Two emails later, with photos attached of the original purchase receipt and the faulty swivel, absolutely no response. Poor customer service to match the poorly made product.

My Office Star Legacy Office Chair fell completely apart during several weeks after purchase (and I'm not heavy). Just days after arrival, ball bearings starting appearing daily on the floor around the chair. The chair slowly became creaky, noisy, immobile, and finally one of the casters just dropped, finishing the chair's useful function by two months after purchase. Now, the cumbersome task of bringing it out to the dumpster, on its way to join other Office Star Products discarded at the end of their brief useful life. No response to my e-mail or phone call request for service and/or parts/replacement. Cheaply made, but not cheaply priced.

Very disappointed in this company. I purchased a sofa from them through Lowe's and they did not include the hardware to assble it or the instructions. 3 days after I picked it up, the hardware arrived without the instructions.

They may be a good company, but my experience with them was terrible
