Since no vehicle is built perfect, keeping clients happy and satisfied with their purchase for years to come, is always the most critical factor in maintaining the dealerships credibility and reliability. If you are looking for a Genesis/Lexus dealer for Sales or Service in the greater Los Angeles area, the highest rated is Norm Reeves in Cerritos. By comparison, O'Gara is gets a very low rating -consistent the one star I gave them.

Lied to about shipping, no manuals in the vehicle. Left rear window stays open, the spoiler does not work…, very hard to get a response.

Very poor sales experience. Worst I’ve had at any auto dealer I have ever been to [16 cars purchased]. Can’t believe they’re still in business, and that they sell luxury brands. With two auto purchases on the horizon over the next 12-18 months, I will forever steer clear of this dealer name.

"Absolutely DO NOT go to [car dealership name] for any reason. The customer service is terrible and the repair quality is even worse. I brought in my car for multiple issues that were clear warranty violations and a third-party inspection confirmed the same issues. The dealership refused to make the necessary repairs and instead threatened me with legal action if I continued to contact their service department.

Got 2 tickets from the City & LAPD while in their loaner for no registration - Was told by the advisor that the dealership would take care of it which according to the delinquency notice that I just received from the court didn't happen either. Amateur hour @ its finest!

I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Blandon, our sales rep was 5+ stars as well. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. My daughter already plans to buy her next car from Blandon. Thank you for the smooth process and the wonderful service.

Bad oil change experience.

The engine bay was left filthy, oily hand prints all over.

The oil drain plug was not tightened and most of the oil drained out of my G80 Sport. The dealership topped off the oil and rinsed the belly pan. Every time the car got hot it smelled of oil. I was ignored when I complained about this.

The cabin air filter was replaced but the plastic plugs in the glove box were left on the floor.

Brake fluid was changed incorrectly, every time I hit the brakes they would shutter badly.

This dealership ruined my car, I traded it in for a different manufacturer because of this terrible dealership.

A dealership that lacks integrity and doesn’t have any respect for customers. They took a booking and a deposit from me for the Aventador replacement. A year later they initially called me canceling the booking saying lack of allocation. 2 days later they magically had allocation 6 available on the condition I buy a used Mercedes from them that was at 70k higher that the Mercedes dealership a block away. Jay, the sales manager gave me some very sanctimonious justification saying they are looking to start a relationship with their buyers. How do you plan on doing that? By cheating and going back on your word? That is not how you start a customer relationship Mr. Jay. Not to mention it took them a month and some stern words to get my deposit back. I would avoid these guys and go somewhere with more integrity and to someone who knows how to deal with customers.

I love Oghara Coach, my family and I have been buying all of our cars from here since 2012! Our entire collection! However it’s been sad to see since they hired Gregg Levy, it’s gone downhill, he’s not only extremely rude, but has harassed us every time we’ve come in. I brought snacks for everyone since I like to come by often, and he told me if I did it again, he would FIRE everyone who took snacks! Another time threatened to destroy my vehicle because I didn’t “park it correctly” and many other times this has happened not only to me, but my friends and family who used to think of Oghara as a family, are now going to be going to a new location until this man is gone.
