Oga's Cantina at the Disneyland Resort

Pros: eclectic, cool animatronic DJ spinning chilled remixes, including the original Star Wars Cantina Suite; interesting bar setup and drink concepts. Cons: staff were impatient and short-tempered; small drinks were approximately $20 each ($50 with a souvenir tiki glass) ; and nothing was kid-friendly, even for a 2PM snack. Loved the area, but wouldn't go back here.

Underwhelming, not well put together or thought out, not worth the wait and far below meeting expectations. You also might get sat in a large booth with strangers even with a reservation smh

Tried to seat us with two other familes in a booth that didn’t fit all of us. There was 10 of us. We couldn’t even move our arms. Staff rolled their eyes and we left. Everyone there was so unfriendly

Incredible and a must do! I would recommend - do not get reservations. You will get shoved into a booth with a group of other strangers and they really squeeze you in tight. This was how our second experience was, and not great.

First experience (as pictured) we got on the waitlist on the app. They let us in within 30mins or so and took us to the bar (standing only) but MUCH better experience and you aren’t squished by strangers in a corner. I LOVED the Outer rim. A couple drinks give you choices to include a souvenir cup, pretty neat. Expect to spend $20 per drink but they’re all really good!

Food is limited but the snacks are very good! Loved the pretzel and cheese, yum!

We recently rope dropped Disneyland this past December on a weekday. We immediately rushed over to Rise of the Resistance since people in our group had never been on it before. When we arrived to the ride queue people told us the ride was down for maintenance and would open later on the day. A little sad and defeated we decided to see what else was open in Galaxies Edge, surprisingly the Cantina was open at like 8: 45 AM or 9am, I don’t remember exactly what time but it was EARLY.they had no wait and we went inside to stand at the bar. Service was a bit slow to acknowledge us, but when they did they were great. Bartender helped recommend something NA for my wife from the menu, this awesome iced tea which was really good. I got the Jedi mind trick and the Yub Nub. Both were good and visually pretty. I will say majority of the cocktails are batched and come out of a tap behind the bar, not as exciting as I thought it would be. The DJ from Star tours was in the corner slamming the Star Wars jams at 9am and people behind us at a big table were having a great time. I mean, getting some cocktails in the morning definitely enhanced our Disneyland visit and I might do it again next time.

Such a fun atmosphere for all not just Star Wars fans. It’s hard to make reservations and we just walked up with no reservation at around 11 AM and were able to be let inside within 10 minutes. Tables are limited so expect to stand at one of their standing tables and you will be placed with another group. Glad we were able to check this place out but wouldn’t make an effort to return.

The place is visually appealing but the service sucks. We didn’t even stay to eat because it was terrible. Rude servers and hostesses. Not sure what Disney is doing to make these people so miserable. Glad we didn’t waste a dollar here. Go somewhere else!

Oga's vibe is a Tiki Room version of the original Cantina in the movie, except Droids are welcomed. You truly felt like you were in the Outer Rim of Batuu!
The bar commands your attention with provoking and appealing visual entertainment, a terrarium bubbling with creatures and glowing concoctions on tap.
Cocktails & vittles are pricey, and so are the souvenir cups. I scan the room for Han Solo or flirt with a wookie to buy me a Fuzzy Taun Taun. You will want to hang for a bit, so make sure you sip, or you'll have a $90 tab, as I did.oops.
FYI, DJ R-3X be spinin' the jams all night! "Rising Moons" to all the bounty hunters, smugglers & galactic travlers!

I asked the bartender if I could please have a few napkins and he pretended to give them to me but then would take them back quickly and was dangling them with his hand over his head, like trying to play a game with me as I tried to grab them.

Incredibly immature and unprofessional

Unimpressed & not worth it! Bundled 2 other groups at our small table, so we didn’t even have elbow room to enjoy our beverage. Manager was very rude & gave me a dirty look after talking with me about tight space. To top it all off they told my grandparents they could take their non-alcoholic beverages out so they left so my wife & I would have more room at our table. When we left security was hassling my grandparents outside & confiscated their drinks. We didn’t get reimbursed for them stealing their drinks. Worst Disney experience of my entire life. What a joke!

Just a warning be prepared to sit at a table with people you dont know. Your better off at the bar. Food was ok. Drinks were over priced.

As a huge Star Wars fan I really wanted to like this place. Although we made a reservation, we had to share a booth with two other parties, so there was no privacy. Then some guy threw up right in front of my kids. I felt bad for the staff. The food was okay.

Book two months in advance to be sat at a table with two different parties? Yeah, no. Come with at least 8 people to get your own table.

Made a reservation, waited 25 minutes after the reservation for a table and then they tried to stick a party of 4 in enough space for a party of 2.

Overpriced. Huge wait just to share a standing table with 2 other groups. Bridget was our waitress and was the worst — I don’t recommend her! But the decor was wonderful, felt like I was in the movie.
